Very honest and straightforward people. I even asked Jason (the owner) about going to a larger unit. He said "I'll sell you one if that's what you want but, you really don't need it." When was the last time you heard of a business that didn't take advantage of an opportunity to sell a more expensive product?

I thought they would be too expensive, but they worked very hard to come close to my previous estimate (from an independent installer) and stay within my budget. The installers were kind, hardworking and professional. They were able to fit our install in during a very busy time of year and the quality is excellent. I would recommend giving them the opportunity to serve you well. Just start with the free estimate, be honest and realistic about your budget and they will go from there!

I interviewed three companies before deciding to replace my gas furnace and add air conditioning to my older home. Jason Landes was by far the most knowlegeable and thorough contractor. Although Landes submitted the highest bid I feel I have received the best value overall from the company that paid attention to every detail and offered the best warranty and service.

This rating seems early, since they have not completed the project. They made good contact and provided good information on costs. They should be out today to assess the issue and make the appropriate repairs.

Landes did a great job. Kept me informed and completed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely call them in the future as needs arise.

Jason (Landes) and Josh exceeded our expectations, which were very high to start with. They worked diligently with integrity and excellence. Jason advised us from the beginning on which Heat Pump would best fit our needs & let us know when a rebate was available. He stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process. My husband and I were continually amazed at the high level of service and the professional installation from the smallest detail to the most complex. Our lives were not disrupted in the least during the installation, and to my amazement, we were not without power once. Without hesitation, we highly recommend them.

The first time they came they cleaned the unit and thought it had fixed the problem. A few days later it wasn't working again, they came back and assessed and realized it needed a new motor too, had to order the part but it came pretty quickly. They came as soon as it arrived and installed it-which was great since we had company coming that day and it was well over 90 degrees. Now it is working perfectly!

I was very pleased with the professional way my free estimate for a new heating system was handled. The contract was completed and sent within about 48 hours for my approval and acceptance. In addition the contractor was very helpful with ideas to help with the performance of the new unit.
