They finished the job and were responsive to any and all requests for additional work needed. Good follow up on work being done by their owner. Were sincere about insuring the job was done to our satisfaction at a reasonable cost.

John and his crew painted a large commercial building exterior and metal roof. They were very professional and accommodating and the final product was clean and to spec.

Wonderful guy to work with John and his crew were very, very diligent in their professionalism and promptness my house is an older home and now we feel like we have a brand new home here in Wells. We had so much rain prior to his being able to begin the work but once the sun finally came out John was down here first to power wash the house and then to begin the staining process on my shingles and my trim. We are more than happy with John and his crew and would highly recommend them to anyone:)

The owner was very responsive and great to work with. When I called to tell him that I was ready he sent Bob the next day and he kept at the job. None of this start a job and see you next week. All the people that came to the house were pleasant to have around. You felt that they really cared about the work that was being done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

they originally wanted to pressure was the house then double coat it, But after evaluating it, they recommended scraping and re-painting. I've never seen a more capable group of Painters. my house was scraped and painted as well as having board they felt was rotted re-built before painting. my wife and I are extremely satisfied. I will be looking to the to re-due my Roof next.

John provides an excellent service for anyone in the area. He's fair with his pricing and has a great team of sub-contractors that you can trust. The project did run a little longer than anticipated, but the end results are exactly as we expected.

My experience with John and his company started out positive but I made the fatal mistake of paying him in full before all the items were completed, trusting that he would live up to his word. After emails and phone calls he ignored me and I ended up having to hire someone to finish the work he was paid to do. In addition, there are several areas of the house where the paint is falling off the house. Again, he has ignored me. I relied on the generally favorable reviews of this site and I feel I was misled. John did not live up to the standards I expected either in workmanship or integrity.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with John and his team. We had extensive rot repaired, doors replaced and 2 coats of paint applied. John was great at staying on top of the project and overseeing the quality of the work. If I had a concern, it was addressed immediately. They guarantee their work for the next few years which is a bonus! It was really nice to be able to call one company that could do the repair and the paint and know someone was overseeing the work and responding to my questions. I would highly recommend reli pro for all your home projects.

John���s crew was extremely professional and courteous. They painted the exterior walls and trim of our 21 unit condo association in record time. The carpenters repaired all the damaged woodwork ahead of the painters which made it a rather seamless operation. The expertise of each of the crew was obvious and John���s leadership skills were impeccable. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the work area, and the all-round attitude of everyone was really impressive. If you need any repair work and/or painting look no further, this outfit is the best of the best.

On March 19, 2015, we entered into an agreement in which John Richards of Home Developers agreed to install cedar shake siding on our house and garage and then spray it the color of our choice in exchange for a total payment of $58,850.00 (the "Agreement"). Section 3 of the Agreement estimated in good faith that the work would be substantially complete by April 7, 2015. As of July 14, 2015, the work is not substantially complete and we have finally nullified the Agreement. In lieu of a deposit, we purchased the siding materials directly from Hancock Lumber, at a total cost of $28,351.59. John Richards received a progress payment of $19,000.00 on April 3, 2015. He received a second (and unscheduled) progress payment of $8,000.00 on April 16, 2015. According to the original quote of $58,850.00, $3,498.41 was left to be paid upon completion of the job. John's crew walked off the job in mid-April, with no explanation. We later found out, when the foreman knocked on our door, that his crew quit all of their jobs through John Richards because he wrote them a bad check. John insisted for three months following this incident that he would send a different crew to our house to finish siding the remaining dormer and paint the house and garage. On July 2, after months of constantly trying to get in touch with him, I told him that we were done and that he could consider himself fired. A serious contractor whose crew quit would come over and finish the job himself. Instead, my husband finished the siding and we are going to be left with a house that is not the color we wanted. Save yourself the money, time, and grief and DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, hire John Richards of Home Developers, Inc., Landmark Builders, or Reliable Pro Painting! He screwed up every aspect of our project... doesn't follow contract, no building permit for deck he built, didn't update permit after change order, can't follow building permit's requirements, etc. He also fired two different work crews during project. Spoke with an Attorney this morning. He has one opportunity to fix things. He receives 0.5's because that's the lowest the website allows!!! -David W.

Unreliable, dishonest about his guarantee, and unresponsive to requests to address problems with his work--even after Home Advisors intervened. And by the way, he seems to change the name of his company every few years to avoid his bad reputation following him. NEVER hire this man or his company.

Was totally professional and on time. Work was excellent and sub contractors were all also great that he supplied.

They were very accommodating. Workmanship was good. Price was good. They were able to start when I needed them. They finished in a timely manner. I would use them again.

He quoted the job at $28,000. He grossly underestimated the cost of materials.I ended up paying $42,000. He told me that it was a 1 day job. It ended up running for 3 weeks. After 2 more weeks, the waste from the job still has not been cleaned up. There was lattice on the deck before. I purchased the lattice, but he did not install it. The men he assigned to the job would be here a couple of hours and go off someshere to other jobs. They did good work, but were poorly managed. As it is, I don't think he did a complete job, Estimated poorly, and I paid $14,00 for his mistake.

John and his crew did a fantastic job. Our lobby carpet was torn up and the new carpet laid down all in one day. They installed our baseboard and cleaned up in just a couple of hours on a second day. He was able to accommodate our schedule and followed up to make sure everything was done right.

I can recommend Reliable Pro Painting with confidence based on the exterior job they did for me. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a great price, and looks great too. The owner, John Richards, is very good with communication, he will call you back promptly unlike many others. He and his crew were polite and no-nonsense, just got the job done without complications.

John was very easy to work with - the job was delayed due to weather which made me nervous because of a deadline but he did get it done in time. I would have liked that he started it earlier because we could have had him do so much more before our renters moved in!

I had a contract for power washing, caulking, priming of bare wood replacement of rotten trim, 2 coats of stain and pInt on house, garage, doors, shutters, windows deck and she&apos;d. He never did any repair or prep work painted over mold mildew, painted dirt and pine needles into my home, gobs of dried paint on my siding performed several days of work in < 9 hrs he has ruined my home. Be ware I have a written signed contract he is accredited with the BBB . He painted over a birds nest admits to not doing any power washing or repair work but feels he deserves full payment beware
