Tim at Heartland was prompt in coming to inspect our damage. He was truthful and sincere in telling us what it was going to take to repair. He followed up with a formal proposal which almost mirrored the other company that assessed the damage and submitted a bid. We chose Tim because of his genuine helpful attitude. His work was steady, high quality, professional. His communication was effective as in he understood exactly what we wanted but explained to us what we really needed. Above all, he was so very patient with me (wife) with all of my particulars and questions every single day (he never got frustrated with me for asking questions). As we have future home improvement projects OR remodel a house, you can be assured that Tim/Heartland will be the company we will call.

We hired Heartland to not only do our painting, but to install engineered hardwood in the 3 bedrooms which had carpet in them when we bought the house. The crew had the floors installed in less than a day. They look beautiful!

They arrived on time and the job was completed quickly. We had the entire interior (almost 1700 sq ft) painted. We purchased the paint we wanted used, which covered in one coat as advertised. The painter was excellent and neat. Heartland is on our list to call for any project around the house.

Tim and his team did a fantastic job. He worked with us to find a solution for our budget and hen exceeded expectations! The work was done quickly and very well. He did wood in our entire new home and we love the outcome. His pricing is also much better than anyone else we considered!

They came in and got the job done on time which was important to us as our house was going on the market.

The contractors Dave and Tim are Awesome but had problems with Alex the painter not going missing for a few days and leaving an unbelievable mess. Had to bring in another painter to finish the job, he was great but a little messy (drips, smudge on carpet) I would still recommend this company to anyone.

Wonderful customer service. When my insurance company wouldn't work with me, Tim helped me in everyway he could to repair my roof. Would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

My roof was tore up in the storm a couple weeks ago so bad that water flooded my bedroom and living room. They handled my insurance claim and I can not say enough good things about how they were respectful and really treated my house as if it was their top priority. They were able to replace my carpet with new wood floors, and after they dried and repaired the walls and ceilings it looks brand new. My new roof looks amazing! They put a 30 year set of shingles on to replace my old 25 year one and I like this color way better since my house looks newer!

These guys are really awesome. They are the first contractors who did not try to take all of my money. They gave me a very reasonable price which left money for additional work inside, which they also did. Tim and Dave are extremely honest , polite, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the roof replacement and the extensive ceiling work inside. They finished the roof in three days and cleaned up everything. No matter what I asked they said "no problem we can take care of that". Alex , the painter they used, was also very polite, and trustworthy. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with his work as well. He covered everything with plastic and paper and was as clean as possible. I will call them for the next project I have. Fantastic experience, A++++
