I had a few problems with my heater but since it was under warranty they came right out and fixed everything with me no questions asked. They're very responsive and just a good company to work with.

We remodeled our kitchen with this company. Ezra is a great person to work with and open minded. He proved to us that he has a great experience with construction and remodeling. The kitchen that we wanted included oak cabinets and stainless steel appliances (Stove and dishwasher), new paint and counter top. Ezra provided us with several samples in which we selected the ones we liked and he placed the order. The kitchen was completed after 4 weeks and the results are great. We do recommend this company to anyone that would like to have his kitchen remodeled with less hassle or problems.

I would like to thank Ezra/Charlie for the great service that they did at my house in which at the end of that service, they were able to produce a report that gave us all the problems that we had at our house in which caused our bills to be high and to provide us with a solution for those problem that will cause them to be reduced. What i loved most was the fact that you were able to answer my questions, provide me with some good research guidelines and to come us with a good solution plan that we solve them once and for all.

Our utilities bills were high compared to our neighbors since 6 months ago and we were pretty sure that the reason for that is due to extra use of our utilities. We decided to get an inspection on exactly what was going wrong anyway. After contacting several energy efficiency companies, we came across Landmark Energy and we were relieved. They were educated, informed about the mainstream and alternative options. We didn't feel that they werenât pushy or trying hard to sell us their services, but really cared for my situational needs. After an extensive evaluation and analysis, they suggested going for an energy efficient roof. I was hesitant to go through with it at first... with more expenses. Yet, I realized that the long term investment would be well worth it... and months later, I can say it truly was!!! After the installation, I saw that the bills came down by a huge margin.

Landmark Energy Upgrades really came to my rescue when we were looking for a team of professionals who know exactly what they are doing. We had another team go through with trying to install a PV solar system, but unfortunately even though they promised miracles they never delivered. But the guys at Landmark came in and did the job like pros and the rates they charged were unbelievable for the great service that we got!

I had Landmark energy upgrades do an energy audit. The guy did a blower door test and went all around the house with me to help me figure out where the problems were. Really nice and helpful. When I got quotes for some work to address some of the issues, they were the most professional, kind, knowledgeable and i'm not sure if they were the cheapest but definitely very fair and reasonable.

Great company to work with! Ezra did a home audit inspection at our house in order to find out if and where we have problems of energy 'leaking'. His audit took close to 3 hours of work and he used several electronic machines to run the test. His test was very detailed and at the end he provided us with a full report of his findings. The report help tremendously in finding the solution for the energy saving that we needed.

My experience with this company was very good and above my expectations. Ezra and his team of workers Came over to my house to do the energy audit which took them close to 4 hours and they determined that we have some issues with energy leaking from the house. They are preparing for us an estimate of the items that we will need to repair. The report that they gave us was very detailed and included a lot of important information about what they did and what they found.

I hired Landmark construction to make an efficiency audit at my house. I wanted to find out and to see if there is any way to see the efficiency at the house and if its not good, than to find out where is the source of the problem. Ezra and his team of worker performed the test and they showed me how the audit works and at the end, they told me that there is a problem with some of the windows. The machines that they used, showed a clear picture of the problem. After that, I asked Ezra to provide me with an estimate for the repair and to make sure that the problem is gone in case they will do the repair. The repair took place by the other team of them and at the end, Ezra ran again the test and we saw that in fact that was the problem. I'm very happy with that service and work and i do recommend this company to other people that would like to make this same audit.

We hired this company to perform a energy audit in order to find out what can we do in order to make sure that the house doesn't have any problem that caused our utility bills to be high and if there is a way to lower them. Ezra and his crew of workers came over and made an audit in the house. What they did was covering all the openings such as HVAC, windows, doors etc... after that, they placed a machine inside the house that run air and then they measured with another machine how much energy is going out. Their work was very professional and it took them several hours to complete. Their findings were that we had a problem with some windows that causing the heat and air to leak from the house. The second step that they did was to advise us what we can do in order to fix that matter. We recommend this company to work with! they are honest, professional and reliable.
