Responsive and easy to deal with.

This company contacted me quickly and I gave them the information on what I needed them to do. They located my property corners, replaced missing corner markers and marked property lines. The Surveyor walked the property with me to explain what he did and was happy to answer my questions. In a couple of weeks they mailed me some Certified copies of the Plat. Not only am I pleased with the project but their customer service rates very high with me. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their property surveyed.

The company did the job within two days of my calling. Very efficient.

Agrees to do job, date and price set by him then seems as if he almost wants to back out your job retainer $$ has been drawn though. Bruce is not very prompt. Did job but kinda incomplete. Just poor customer service. Had to "hound" in order to get job accomplished.

I was scheduled for service on 07/22/2011. No one showed up for the appointed time. I called and Bruce Landes acted as if he did not know I was a customer. The finally showed up and completed the survey of the land. They were unable to follow-thru on the paperwork so I contacted Bruce Landes on several occasions to have the paperwork emailed or mailed. I have still had no response yet he did not hesitate to electronically withdraw money from my account. Please do a better job of screening!! I still am awaiting signatures and a mylar drawing. I'm ready to go to 10 on Your Side for help.
