I had Landmark Innovations come out to help with some bad grout work we had done awhile ago. They were the first people to call me once I started looking on Home Advisor but they were also professional, courteous, one time and had a great price for great work. We liked them so much we have already requested quotes on two other jobs we need completed.

I hired Landmark to redo the grout in my master shower - specifically, the seams along the edges. Most of the grout is in great shape, but the edges had started to crack from age and I was looking at a mold issue. Like most guys, I thought 'no big deal, i can knock this out in a weekend.' I immediately hit the interwebs and became an expert in how to silicone shower seams. Turns out silicone is not so forgiving. I put a request on Home Advisor and got a message within 30 minutes from Landmark about doing the work. Jesus called me and asked that I send pictures. He had a quote to me in under and hour and was ready to come out the next morning (president's day). He was here a grand total of 2 hours and I have beautiful grout that matches the rest of the shower. I should have (and will in the future) called him first. He was polite, clean, on time and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone with a renovation project without hesitation.

Jesus was first and foremost very kind and professional. He was prompt and showed up on time. I knew what to expect before he even arrived regarding what needed to be done, the amount of time it would take and the cost. He worked efficiently and the outcome was amazing. Truly better than I expected it to be. The project did turn into more than expected and he tackled it with ease. I would hire him again for any further home improvement repair/needs that I have in the future.

Jesus was very knowledgeable about fixing the grout in our shower. He was also prompt and courteous. He did a great job and cleaned up when we was finished. He was not pushy when I was asking about different options. If I decided not to do something that was just fine. We ended up adding more to our project and we will be using him again.
