The most unpleasant experience of my life! From April till the end of August - Being disabled, I was shocked by the treatment I got. I was yelled at like a child, threatened, and constantly given the wrong paperwork. Consistent half-truths from the CEO, contractor to a roofer. The poor treatment I got made my PTSD even worse. The blame game was played for every leak, instead of an apology and a quick fix. They took their time fixing the leaks and then wanted instant payment when the job was FINALLY not leaking. (Did not even want to wait for the check to clear!)

I hired this company (because of the Homeadvisor rating, which may be questionable), to replace the trim boards on the siding of the house. It was estimated to be a 2-week job, but it took them 10 months (October to July) to finish. While the salesperson was receptive and selectively returned some phone calls, the subcontractors were unprofessional, with poor workmanship, no supervision, and no quality control. The subcontractors (4-5 of them) randomly hired inexperienced sub-subcontractors, who mostly performed sloppy work, and caused some damages to the house.

This is a great company to work with! They did an excellent job turning my old 80 s bathroom into a modern bathroom! Even with the delays from me changing my mind on design details everything was done to perfection.

Overall if there was an issue they were able to resolve it for us. I would refer their company for general contract work.

From the salesman, to the project coordinator, to the installers, we were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the value that Landmark added to our property. Install team worked 14 hours on a Saturday in blistering heat to finish the job. Super polite, very helpful. My 11 old son said "Dad, those were the nicest big guys I have ever met!" Thanks again and I will gladly recommend Landmark to anyone. I would give them 5+ Stars.

We were told if we were not going to leave a good review to not leave one at all. So be cautious when reading all these 5 stars. We hired this company for a total bathroom remodel plus a few projects in the bedrooms and were told it would take about 5 days to complete the job. Once they finally got started, about two months late, they sent a guy who was known to do poor work if he had personality conflicts with the home owners. Well, needless to say, our personalities didn't mix and after two weeks of not even living at home so he could complete the job, we were left with a half finished house. He talked to us about tile we had picked out for our shower and said he couldn't do it and it would look "retarded. "He also disrespected our home and trashed some of our personal belongings. We came home one Saturday to grab a few things and check on progress and all bedroom windows were left wide open overnight. They sent another contractor in to fix all his mistakes and finish the job and it was discovered that a lot of wiring was done completely wrong which is a huge safety/fire hazard. Almost the whole job had to be completely redone. New bedroom window was to be installed and after the second one showed up the wrong size, they had to build a new window frame just to make it fit. The whole experience was very frustrating and our "5 day" project turned into a two month nightmare. Communication was very limited and every time I talked to the project manager(Tony) about it, it was always "window is on its way" and guy is just finishing up another job he'll start in a couple days" when it reality it was weeks for anything to happen.

Project Manager Tony was great to work with and maintained good communication throughout. Tony went with us to pick out quartz counter tops, vanities, fixtures and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. Project took longer than estimated but well worth it. Installer Paul did great work on both bathrooms and made some good suggestions to make them look even better. Final results were fantastic.

I thought Tony the project manager, made everything come together. It was a great experience. Bruce was outstanding to work with.

They did a great job in helping me find exactly what I wanted in my budget. Did the job quickly and efficiently, kept area clean when removing tile and replaced with wainscoting. Tony even went shopping with me to help pick out the right sink, commode, and flooring for the size room. Would hire them again for any additional work I may decide to do. Great bunch of guys to work with!

after some snags in getting a walk in tub to the second floor, things went pretty good.

They remodeled a bathroom for us and turned a sun room into a livable year round room. Check them out!! Tony, Bruck and Chuck were great and on top of the project at all times!!!

I had a great experience overall. There was a hiccup or two along the way, but they came out immediately and fixed any issues I had. Highly recommended!
