Dan Sousa did a beautiful job renovating my basement. He was on time every day and worked hard all day. His workmanship was impeccable. Every detail was perfect. He kept me informed on all aspects of the project. He cleaned the work site every day and his route in and out of my house . I would recommend him to anyone and plan to hire him again.

Dan, is very knowledgeable and has the ability to do much more than install windows. We had him do numerous additional projects around the house like repairing thresholds, installing doors, repairing doors, repairing walls, roof leak repairs, weather stripping, repairing exterior shingles, etc. Pricing is very reasonable, completely trustworthy, honest and just a great job. Will be using him again as our needs arise.

I replaced 9 hollow interior doors with solid pine doors and installed 2 attic stairs (1 in the garage and 1 on the second floor). Dan provided a timely estimate. We agreed on a price, start date and project timeframe. Dan showed up on time and advised me at the end of each day, what time he would start the next day. Each day was either 8:00 or 8:30; depending on the materials he had to pick up that day. He was on time everyday. One day he went to pick up the attic stairs kits and found one of them was damaged. They didn't have another one in stock so he had to go to another store to get one. He called me to advise he would be a bit late and provided a revised start time. Again, he was on time. He works hard, is very knowledgeable, very professional and cleaned up the job site each day before he left. Communications was easy. As the job progressed, some questions arose and Dan would discuss the options and allow me to make the final call. The job was finished on time. He did a great job. I highly recommend Dan. I have some larger home improvements planned and will definitely ask Landmark Renovation for estimates. Hire this guy, you will not be disappointed.

Dan did an amazing job rebuilding a second-story deck for me. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Even the Wethersfield Building Inspector said Dan "did a really, really good job. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work." I highly recommend Landmark Renovation and I will definitely call Dan again.

Dan replaced a wood stockade fence last year and did such a good job we had him come back twice this year for additional projects.

Our stockade fence was falling down on the cold December day. Landmark landscaping came promptly to fix it. We will call them again.
