Super impressed and extemely happy with my choice to go with Landmark Roofing. The overall experience from start to finish was a positive one. They were knowledgable, responsive, and attentive to my needs. My house looks amazing and I never would have thought just having a roof replaced would have improved the overall exterior appearance as much as it has. I had a skylight replaced as well and they came back to do the interior work which looks amazing. They trimmed the one which was replaced as well as 2 of my other ones to ensure they matched. I am very appreciative of how they went above and beyond to ensure my expectations were exceeded. Their prices were very reasonable and less than the other quote I received. Landmark was recommended to me and I am glad I went with the recommendation, no regrets at all.

Had a requirement to repair or replace a roofing membrane in a window cutout over my garage. Matt came up with a reasonably priced and durable solution.

Landmark did an excellent job with the roof replacement. I was impressed by the cleanup job as I had heard many horror stories of finding nails, tar paper, etc. They trimmed back bushes that were overhanging the shed. Price was comparable to my next door neighbor who had a roof installed the same exact day. They were on time. I walked around with the foreman to make sure everything was done as promised. Would use them for installation of vinyl siding which will be my next outdoor project.

We knew exactly what to expect, and when to expect our roofing team. They showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up completely, and left us with a great warranty on a solid product. I normally check Home Advisor for work I need done, but Landmark was so highly recommended by a co-worker, I decided to schedule an estimate (I'd already gotten two from other vendors). Donny took his time to answer all my questions; I contracted for the job. Shannon contacted me a few times to let me know what to expect, how to prepare, schedule the arrival of materials, and finally, schedule the job - difficult, given the fact they were dealing with unusual weather events. The day of the job, the crew arrived at 6:30 am and were on the roof working by 7:00 am. These gentlemen were a fine team, hard-working at a steady pace - a well oiled machine. Very polite. Buddy was available to answer my many questions, while keeping an eye on how the work was progressing. By 5:30 pm, the job was finished, as well as the clean-up. I found NO nails in the grass, on the sidewalk or driveway. Very considerate and safety conscious. At the end of the day, while viewing my new roof (still finding no nails - and I searched), I discovered the crew had even repaired my wonky downspout - what a nice surprise! Landmark Roofing is not the least expensive company you may find, but the proof is in the details, under the shingles, around the job, and the customer service they provide throughout the project.

Work done well and looks great. Communication with regards to scheduling could have been better. On site project manager not the best at communicating but the job was done in a day and looks gorgeous. Overall very pleased with new roof and gutters. Waiting for windows we also arranged to get replaced through them to get in so the entire project can be wrapped up.

Not only do they give you a fair and accurate quote with no pressure, they have an on-site supervisor who is excellent. The workers were efficient, no wasted time...work was complete and cleaned up in one day. They also provide a free power wash of your siding. I cannot praise them enough.

They moved so quickly in replacing the roof that I did not get a chance to review the plywood myself. I saw the condition of the plywood from the inside and there were several dark spots I was concerned about that the wood may need to be replaced. They only replaced the wood around the chimney and the other areas where covered up before I could look

I am extremely pleased with my new roof and would give Landmark Roofing my highest recommendation. They are very professional, organized, and trustworthy bunch with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. In the stages leading up to the roofing project, I spoke with the Co-Owners, Artie Hendricks and Rob Calhan, several times and each took the time to answer all of my questions with patience. The General Manager, Shannon Dee kept me advised on the project date and offer helpful hints. The roofing crew, led by Scott, showed up at 0700 on the promised date. They worked very hard and quickly, but, with great care. With two layers of shingles to remove and a 1700 sq. ft. roof, it was really amazing that they did it all by 3:30 PM. These guys are really experienced; they know the job, do it right (exactly to GAF standards), take great pride in their work, and use the best materials. Reroofing creates tons of debris; but, once the trucks pulled away there were no tell-tale signs or nails anywhere to be found. The new roof looks both perfect and outstanding _ I am confident in the lifetime warranty. One other plus with Landmark... They are GAF certified installers. This has added warranty benefits to the consumer. Watch out for other contractors that claim this status but are not.

Everyone was awesome especially the sales rep Matt. He was kind courteous and very knowledgeable about the product and process.

I interviewed and received estimates from 5 roofing companies. Landmark gave me their best price right away, told me exactly what they would do (and everything was top of the line), and did what they said. Another company called me 6 or 7 times that week, each time lowering their price. I respected Landmark for offering the low price at the beginning. On the job, they were hard-working and easy to deal with, had one person assigned to check in with me throughout the day, and I had to sign off at the end that I had gotten what I wanted and that the job had been done well. They cleaned up completely and even threw in a power wash of my house! Great job from start to finish!
