I have had no contact initiated by them. They required 1/2 the fee up front, came out without calling so I was not home. Left no card to tell me hey had been here. The neighbors told me they had come by. There are no property line markers and no one has called me. I would like the job completed.

Landmark sent me a quote. I phoned Landmark to arrange for the work. As I was setting up the date for the work and issuing a deposit, the woman I was dealing with said Landmark does not work in our county (Lee). At this point, I was disappointed and felt I had been misled. I received a quote from a company that had my address and zip code when they sent the quote but then was not willing to do the work. Landmark continued to send me reminders to look at the quote and indicating how excited they were to begin the project. I found this very annoying because I wanted the work done and Landmark was not willing to do it. I have had email contact with the President of Landmark saying Landmark would never send out a quote if they were not prepared to do the work. That was the last time Landmark initiated contact with me. This experience with both Angi and Landmark has been very discouraging. Here I am still wanting the work done, but Landmark, as the only company recommended to me, unwilling to honor its quote.

I needed to obtain a survey for a refinance. Landmark did a good job in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. My only complaints are that I had some coral rock boulders along the property line that I assumed they had to move to find the marker. They did not move the rocks back. Also, the survey had some wrong information on it that I had to have them correct. All in all, I would use them again.
