Steve is extremely experienced, especially with older homes in the city. He knows the zoning and permit process well and was very valuable to us.

we only worked with Landmark through the exploratory phase and priliminary designs. Unfortunately, we had to pull out due to other circumstances. Steve is a great guy. He has a ton of experience.
