I hired Steve for a feasibility study, and I'm very glad I did - I have no doubt his research and suggestions saved me a lot of money and stress. He is very professional and responsive, and his wealth of knowledge is obvious. On top of that, he is pleasant to work with and an interesting guy, and I hope to work with him again in the future.

Steve was wonderful to work with. He came out to our project very quickly and got moving as soon as we said go. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he was very responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend working with him on any projects.

Steve is very experienced and attentive to each project. His fees were very reasonable and his knowledge outstanding. He was very creative and came up with ideas that we would never have considered on our own. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do a renovation project.

Steve came in and picked up where another architect left off. We were stuck in a bad situation and Steve bailed us out. His fees were better than fair and his dresigns exceeded all expectations. They were extremely thoughtful. We couldn't be more happy with the services we have received.

we only worked with Landmark through the exploratory phase and priliminary designs. Unfortunately, we had to pull out due to other circumstances. Steve is a great guy. He has a ton of experience.
