Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors Installation

Horrible communications. Not once have they answered the phone when I called, and they've never responded to emails. They don't return phone calls, and are generally really bad when it comes to communication. The work they did was adequate, but now that I've got a warranty claim on three dead plants they've installed, again, I can't get a phone call returned. He did call me back, back in October (it is now the end of December) and tell me that he was going to replace the trees still this year, and I haven't heard from him since, even after I've called back asking what was going on. I don't think I've ever experienced service as bad.

In the beginning and end of the project, Terry was excellent. He was very helpful with designing our patio and he and his crew did a tremendous job installing it quickly. They were professional and courteous, and finished ahead of schedule. The only issue I had with the process was the fact that calls made weren't returned promptly, and there was not enough communication when dates were changed or the project was delayed. I will say, however, that our patio was well worth the wait.

I gave Terry a great review after the installation of pavers, pergola and 12 trees! Substantial project and investment! One of the evergreens perished within the warranty period and two others followed suit shortly thereafter. Terry indicated he would honor the warranty on all three. We were happy with his response and dedication to "making it right". That was a year ago. Since that time, we have been given excuse after excuse as to why he can't get to our project (too early, too wet, his guys are "too tired"). As of 8/7/09, all calls and emails have gone unanswered for nearly two months. We trusted him and he has let us down.

$1,500
Terry provided rings around 9 of my trees. I was quoted for 8, I miscounted but still only charged for 8. Delivery of premium mulch installed was almost the same price if I had done it myself. Installed uplights on the house with a timer. Drilled through the brick to wire as opposed to running the wire along the ground and under the garage door as another landscaper had suggested. Very professional.
