They called me back immediately. Gave me a. Bid 15 later ( he was in the neighborhood). And came back the next day and did the work. Cleaned up after themselves and were all kind and polite. Good communication !

I had to pin him down on what time he would be at my home. So, he would tell me, but show up much later. Also, he offered to extend my irrigation to reach my piñon tree in the front yard, yet didn't. HOWEVER, he and his crew did a fantastic job, which took many more hours than even he anticipated, with several trips to haul the weeds, etc. away. I highly recommend him...Thanks

The last 5 years I've hired a team to do the spring trimming/cleanup of my nearly 1/3 acre yard, Calderon was not only the best, and they were the cheapest.

I had multiple little cleanup jobs to be done. Weed whacking of the parkway, weeding of lot perimeter flower beds, placement of flagstones in the parkway and some trash haul away. I just told him what I wanted done and left it to him. The flagstones in the parkway look really good. The cleanup was complete. I am very satisfied with how well the job was done.

Installed a backsplash in my kitchen. Was quoted it at $800.00 it ended up costing me $1800.00. Plus, they scratched my stainless steel stovetop in the process. Said he would swap it out in labor. I have now paid for the overage charges on the kitchen and yard work. The price quote keeps magically increasing by the time the job is done. I've used this guy for two years, I've noticed this price increase business starting last year. He used to really stick to his bid price. Not now. Somehow the job just keeps getting ridiculously expensive. He just tried to charge me $240 for plants that he said were originally part of the swap for scratching my stove top. Of course, there was no receipt provided for the plants, I was just supposed to take his word for it. No. I'm over it. Will never use him again.

Responded quickly, came and completed job. Did an excellent job trimming / removing tree at a reasonable price. Would hire again.
