They were professional, on-time, and answered all of our questions. We had an unusual shape we needed re-sodded and didn't realize it would take more sod than our original estimate. The other vendors changed their prices after they came out, but Landscape Designs made their original quote include our odd project area and still came in cheaper than their competitors.

My experience was terrible. Landscape Designs came to my home in August to give me a quote. I was told they needed the survey for the front of my house, I gave it to them and it has been 2 months and they will not give it back. Every time I call I am told it's in the mail. I did not pick them for my final project because they were late for appointments, Becky mixed up my information with another person, plus they are refusing to give me my survey back.

From beginning to end Steve and Becky went out of their way to provide excellent service. We had a very large job and parts needed to be done at different times to coincide with other construction and they were right there to provide whatever we needed. No request was too big or too small. The final project was far beyond our expectations. We not only would highly recommend them but we plan on using them in the future.

Becky and Steve were a joy to work with. They were responsive and flexible in finding the delicate balance between style and meeting our budget for the project. They were here when they said they would be and the work was performed as specified.

Landscape Designs was easy to work with. Becky called me within a couple of hours of requesting services; and was able to have someone look at my yard the same day. Later on that same afternoon, Becky called me with a quote that was very reasonable. Just by luck, they were available the next day to lay over 10,000 sq feet of sod!!! It looks great! They completed the job efficiently and left the area clean of all debris. I would recommend Landscape Designs to anyone looking to get sod professionally installed at a reasonable price. I may have them back next spring to do some additional landscape work for us!

Good communications and the flower bed borders look great.

This was probably the best service we have experienced since relocating to the Illinois. The lead crew member's foremost concern was that we would be pleased with the job. When we had a misunderstanding about where the sod was to be laid--and this after it had already been installed--they went ahead and laid more than we had paid for without any extra charge. To say the least, we were indeed pleased! We plan to use their services in the future for more landscaping projects and would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.
