Landscape Improvements Co.

Mr. Harrison listened closely to my explanation of what the problems were and gave me a detailed estimate that was within my budget. the work was carried out quickly and efficiently, I am very happy with the results.

Came out to repair and/or replace sprinkler heads and correct any deficiencies. Replaced sprinkler heads and adjusted heads, shut off some stations that did not currently need water in backyard. Moving to front, found a leak and attempted to locate it. Dug up a bush by tree, couldn't locate it. Dug up across the yard to see if he could reroute possibly. Quit for day and asked to be paid and said would be back after weekend; would call with day and time. Did not call after weekend. Called him. He said busy and would call me back next day. Never called back. Left with probably 1.5 hours of front yard work completely undone and wasted time, and he was paid for it! Shame on me for trusting him or the rating on Home Advisors.

Jim met with us to fix irrigation system put in by another contractor. We could not the other contractor to repair the leaking system so we had Jim evaluate the syste ppl m. He did a very thorough consultation with us and provided us a bid. We hired him and he did the work quickly and very efficiently. Our system is finally fixed and working great thanks to Jim Harrison. He is a very competent landscaper and excellent with irrigation systems. He is very honest, hard working and professional. We would give him 10 stars!

Jim did a phenomenal job on a very complicated irrigation job! The irrigation on our recently purchased home s large yard was a disaster - from broken pipes, tree roots growing over sprinkler heads, buried sprinkler heads, poor placement of sprinklers, and many other irrigation issues. Jim s expert experience and dedication to doing a good job fixed the whole mess into a properly functioning irrigation system. Jim was very reliable and also good at communicating, which was very much appreciated.

Jim fixed my sprinklers quickly, efficiently. He's very professional, personable and does so at a very reasonable price. Great value for the money.

Fast and effective--overall very good job !!

Project in progress.

Jim did a phenomenal job in fixing many of our nagging sprinkler issues. After plugging away with the older sytsem for years, Jim knocked out a full system "groom" in a couple hours. Quick and efficient, Jim wasted no time in the repairs, yet was able to conduct "mid-level" training as he went along. Pricing was reasonable and honest, and well worth the time and money. Landscape Improvements (Jim) has my highest, unqualifed recommendation!

Very reasonable pricing and quality work. Highly recommend this company for your irrigation needs.

Fast and effective!

A very nice and knowledgeable company. Came out quickly and within 5 min has trouble shooted and fixed the problem. Will definitely use them for future projects.

Jim is very knowledgeable and did a thorough job installing a new sprinkler system. He was very accommodating and returned to make adjustments. Really appreciated that!

He completely overhauled our existing automatic sprinkler system. He even moved some sprinkler heads and eliminated a few to help us use less water. Lastly, he installed a pressure -treated redwood border in front of our hills of ground cover. Very pleased with the work.

He was excellent and I will use him again in January!!!

Extremely honest and helpful.

Jim is a fantastic guy overall who really understands sprinkler systems.... a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended.

Personal attention. Jim is thorough and anticipated what I needed. Reasonable. Honest. Hardworking. I would hire Jim again. Thank you so much

Very Nice Guy to work with

As an out of state owner, I needed a professional to quickly help me with an irrigation and landscaping issue I was having with my rental property. After giving me a competitive quote, Jim completed the project in the time frame needed and for the amount quoted. I am happy to recommend Jim and Landscape Improvements to other home owners.

Jim, repaired my sprinkler system very satisfactorily and now it works perfectly. I would highly recommend him.

Good man.

Jim was professional and timely

Jim and his company Landscape Improvements provided an excellent service from the first day he came out to the end of the project and beyond. Landscape Improvements provided us with a whole yard (1.34 acres worth) drip irrigation system, planted trees and provided a colorful planting of birds of paradise, agapanthus and geraniums in the front of our home that couldn't have turned out better. We have many other landscaping projects and look forward to working with Landscape Improvements to completion.

Awesome?..

Have to agree with all the other comments. Jim was prompt and efficient. He knows his business and did not try to sell me something I did not need or want. Highly recommended.
