This is an office complex. They take pride in their work. They were there everyday until the job was complete. They make suggestions that cost you less money. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. They have experienced workers.

I had to reschedule because the manager sent the crew at 5:00 when originally should have been here at 2:00. But when they showed up on time for the scheduled time, they did a great job!

Very disappointed with the services provided by Landscape Management. Based on the reviews from HomeAdvisor we interviewed and subsequently hired this group to perform regular lawn and shrub/tree maintenance. Our challenges with them were several fold - we don't live at this place year round. I believe they took advantage of that fact. We have cameras on the property and could tell when they were there. The punchline - they did not show up as frequently as they suggested (and IMHO they did the absolute bare minimum). They said they regularly send pictures to those customers that are not living there full time... we received once in over a year. Many times when we arrived at the house we were surprised at the lack of maintenance provided in the beds and the trees - weeds were growing, trees were not trimmed. Lastly, they were partially responsible for over-treating/killing shrubs. They never offered to compensate us in any way for their error. Unfortunately, we heard a lot of promises and I hoped things would get better, but sadly they never did.

I hired Forevergreen to landscape the front of my house which included taking out existing bushes and replacing them as well as installing rock drainage in a problem area at the back of the house. They were communicative, prompt, professional,and the results were exceptional. I would definitely recommend this company and will do so. MARIE M.
