Had Len install xmas lights to the house and trees. Again the trees were horrible. Had to call and ask to have the lights removed in February. They came out and took the lights off the house but left the gutter clips on half the house. Never removed the lights from the trees. I had to remove the majority of them myself. The lights were not returned to me as When we made the deal I was to own the lights. I would not recommend this company.

Len came out precisely when he said he would, assessed my problem and corrected it quickly with minimal mess or disturbance. I would recommend his service for anyone.

Len was very thorough and consciencious.

Len and his company has been a disaster, contracted them to set up the Christmas exterior lights and came up with a $1255 proposal. He was paid A deposit of $750 and arranged to start the work. Ever since then, it has been one excuse over another, no shows, general lack of professionalism and lack of communication, to the point that I had to cancel the job. The light that we procured are supposed to be mine, Len stopped communicating with me, the job not done, the light not delivered and he has my deposit not returned. He only showed up once and did one third of the job before we canceled it. Totally dissatisfied and would never use this guy again.

I worked directly with Len and he accommodated all of my needs on a timely basis and with professionalism. The house looks great!
