I hired Landscape Therapy in 2018. OMAR GARDNER, the owner used an app to show me photos of how my landscape would look in front of my home. I hired him to the tune of approximately $1640. To my utter disappointment, the work he did looked nothing like the pictures he showed me on the app. He would not allow me to keep the photos he showed me on the app and less I paid for them. All 3 of the emerald green Arborvitae died. One died a few weeks after he planted it of which he replaced it. But last year, only one year later, the other two died. I contacted Mr. OMAR GARDNER a few weeks ago but he refused to honor his work by replacing the two dead arborvitaes. He also had to replace several of the smaller greenery he planted in my front yard within a few days after being planted because they two were diseased. Not only was what he planted very sparse and looked nothing like the photos he showed me on his app, but many of the perennials have died as well. I have photos as proof.

Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping
Cannot hire someone who blows off two appointments then doesn't follow up either time. The second time the owner didn't know where the employee was at when he was supposed to be here after I called the owner. The first appointment I had to take leave at work. The second time it affected my daughter as I had to be home to meet the worker vice allowing her to go somewhere she desired. The kicker is the owner, Omar, said he was going to be here at appointment 2 but of course wasn't. All he did was give several excuses. Several! No ownership nor accountability if their inability to show up while wasting my time. Unreal lack of customer service.

This company exceeded my goal for the project. They were on time and dealt with severe inclement weather to get the job done. They made sure that the customer knew what was happening and did it cheerfully. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has a difficult job to be performed.

This contractor is the worst I've ever dealt with on any project of any kid. Extremely unprofessional, lousy work, and he'll try to cheat you out of whatever he can. I had numerous complaints, some of which were addressed. In the end, I was left with dead plants and insufficient mulch. You can see a picture of the dead hostas on this contractor's Facebook page.

"Hi Terri, I thought that when we left that you were happy with all of the services, and we did install the landscaping fabric. I think you might have misunderstood when I said it wasn't needed. As you witnessed, we did install the landscaping fabric as requested. As far as "the thin layer of rock", the work was not completed when you saw it was thin, and we did return with another 3 yards of rock to finish the work, which you did say you were 100% satisfied with. In addition to the final walk through, we did take photos with you and your new display and you thanked us continuously. We also received praise from several of your neighbors."

I was in the process of selling my home and needed some landscaping done in the front, side, and back of my house. I talked with Omar the owner to set-up an appointment to get this work done and was very pleased. They did such an excellent job that I needed some additional work done by request of the buyer and may I add that it needed to be done in a short time frame before my settlement date. Once again, Omar and his crew came to the rescue! I will be using Landscape Therapy for my future landscaping needs and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

They did a great job. Omar, the owner, was very helpful with giving great suggestions on design and functionality of my new patio and walkway that his crew put in for me. They also demolished an existing patio and installed a new stamped, colored concrete patio under my deck. I would highly recommend landscape therapy!

Mr.Gardner is extremely knowledgeable as it relates to horticulture,and he has a creative eye when it comes to landscaping and design. If there is an issue he will get back with you ASAP and is very professional giving the customer what they want. I recommend him highly.
