Rick and his team were wonderful to work with. He kept me informed and checked the project site several times before starting. The project was delivered on time, on budget and met expectations. I would recommend, and use again. I have had several difficult experiences working with contractors in the past, but zero issues working with Rick.

They did a great job replacing two of my window wells and worked with me on a tight schedule. Rick was great and very communicative and Victor stayed on top of everything on-site as they started the project. The pricing was very competitive and I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to anyone. The work is high quality and completed on time. After discovering significant water intrusion in our basement following a heavy rainstorm, my husband and I reached out to Window Wells CO around 7:00 PM, unsure of what to do next. To our relief, Rick personally answered the call and immediately walked us through the situation. He gave us clear, step-by-step guidance on what supplies to pick up from Home Depot that night, and even stayed on the phone with us afterward to help us set up the pump correctly — including troubleshooting the window well issue with us via FaceTime that same evening. The following morning, Victor arrived promptly, confirmed the root cause, and even provided a better-quality pump to keep us protected while the final solution was being prepared. Just a few days later, Victor returned and completed the full repair: deepening the window well, cutting and replacing concrete, and installing a proper drain. Throughout the entire process, both Rick and Victor were incredibly responsive, professional, and compassionate. In the middle of a very stressful situation, they brought not only technical expertise but genuine care and support. We had an outstanding experience and can confidently say we are now customers for life. Thank you, Rick and Victor, for going above and beyond.

Rick and Cindy, the owners of Colorado Outdoor Life, are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and ethical business professionals. I really enjoyed working with them and Victor, the Lead of the construction crew. Victor is so friendly and easy to talk with - the whole team was just great! I had 31+ year old window wells that were a mess - rusty, holes in the sides, water was beginning to seep into the side walls. In 3 days, Victor and his team dug out the old and installed the new window wells - not window covers - window wells! That is Extremely hard work and the team was just wonderful. The men worked well together and they cleaned up the site when they were done. I highly recommend Colorado Outdoor Life. Rick and Cindy are an amazing team and Victor and his crew cannot be beat! I feel fortunate to have found this incredible company!!

All Around Excellent!! They did an awesome job on our window well replacement in Highlands Ranch. Rick came the same day after I contacted them. He explained in detail the work they would perform, the extra measures they would do to ensure highest quality work, and provided a very reasonable quote. They scheduled the project within days of the initial contact. The crew did an amazing job! Working around the winter weather conditions, their work was excellent. The crew took special attention to detail to ensure all was installed correctly, completely sealed, properly backfilled and compacted, and cleaned up nicely after the job completion. The The materials used were highest quality; Rick was great to work with, communicated regularly on project status, and ensured all work was done to the highest standards! Highly recommended!!!

Rick and Cindie gave us a fair bid on replacing two rusted window wells, one of which was encased in our concrete patio. We had custom mad grates that we wanted to reuse. Victor and crew did a great job replacing the wells and cutting and replacing the concrete. Rick was very conscientious about working around some bad weather to ensure the concrete would be done right. We are very happy with the job they all did. Our new window wells look great!

Rick and Cindie are incredible hardworking people! ! Honest and genuine from the start, quoted my job on a Saturday and completed everything on Wednesday that week. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I hired for them for window wells and they noticed a few safety hazards on my pavers for my 3 kids and corrected those out of the kindness of their hearts, as a single mom it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and so thankful our paths crossed.

I hired Colorado Outdoor Life to fix a window well and replace another window well. We had a long checklist of deferred maintenance when we bought our home, and we found the right company to tackle the work. The guys showed up when they said they would and did a fabulous job. Total perfectionists. Before the job started, Rick helped identify the causes of the erosion, including a blocked underground downspouts and eroded dirt. We hired him to bring in some dirt, and check, fix or replace our underground downspouts. The new downspouts do their job to get water out from our home's foundation. Victor is very talented mason and fixed a terrible looking stone repair that had been done previously. They fixed both our gates as well. Just a great experience with this company, and a level of knowledge and integrity that you don't always find. Rick and Cindy also walked our yard and brainstormed about our longterm plans for the yard to replace our failing deck and put in a sidewalk to the backyard. I am beyond excited to have them come back and do that work, hopefully this spring!

Rick and his team were very quick and efficient in scheduling and installing my replacement window well and its cover. To save time, they asked me for a few pictures and measurements of the current dimensions of my window well. They came and installed the replacement the very next day. They were extremely knowledgeable and even advised me about other aspects of my home they observed while working on the side of my home. I never felt pressured and they were very passionate about the quality of their work. My family and I are grateful and ever more proud of our window well.
