Same-day service! Called at 10am, was at my house by 1pm. Very polite and knowledgeable. Helped me understand my sprinkler system (first time owning a house with one). Will definitely call again for future projects.

We hired Landscapes Unlimited of Prior Lake to do our landscaping. They were to build retaining walls, lay sod, install irrigation system, put rock, plants, shrubs, etc. They were two weeks late in starting the project. Three weeks to complete. Some days didn't bother to show up. Owner, Jason, argumentative and dis-respectful of customer. Work not timely. Started project with four employees and ended with two. Owner does not show up to perform the work. He stays at office and delegates. Sod stayed on pallets in street in front of our home for 4 days before being laid.

Did excellent job. I would use again.

It was great from start to finish. They did a great job on the clean up, too. My neighbours must have liked what they saw as they hired them too.

They were fast and efficient and did they work we asked them to do. I did not regard them as having any special knowledge regarding tree science that you might expect.

Contractor was double booked. Had to rush though getting my sprinkler system opened and adjusted. The worker did not have his tools, I had to provide the tools. He received a call about his next job and I told him to stop the work and I had to completed the job.

The service was actually removal of a large Maple tree that had been split from storm damage. They did an quick and excellent job of removal and cleanup.

Came out quickly and removed trees promptly.

Handled the request next day as promised. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

He came out the day after I called him. He provided great service. He cycled through all 6 zones twice to make sure he got all of the water out. That was a first. Usually they're in such a hurry. I would recommend.

The winterize service was performed on time, and with great care. They cycled through all the zones twice to make sure that all the water was out of the pipes. Never had any other service do this, so I will be using Landscapes Unlimited again. They go the extra distance! Rick H., Prior lake

He was on time, came out on a Sunday evening to take care of it.

Hired originally to do tree removal... arrived a day late....once completed, the project was done to my satisfaction. I decided to hire Jason to do the excavating also for a garage & haul in sand& gravel. He removed 6" too much topsoil which caused a shortage of sand & gravel. He denied taking more than needed out & said it will be more $ to complete scope of work. Due to concrete schedule I had to agree to pay more or be unable to keep my schedule. He went to get more sand & came back with unsuitable material. I would NOT recommend Landscapes Unlimited to anyone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
