9/2021 My project including 2 paving stone landings at pool screen door openings, 2 paving stone landings at fence gates, stone landscaping with paving stone edging around pool pump & pump pipes. A french drain that involved extensive labor clearing a path through oak roots. Also underground gutter drains front and back yards. Excellent quality of work and problem solving working around existing underground sprinkler pipes and electrical conduit. 11/21 Discovered a leaking sprinkler pipe under a landing that had been nicked, probably during root clearing. This wasn't discovered until 2 months after initial project was done. Contacted, fixed, I requested extra paving stones to replace any that might break in an upcoming fence gait repair. Graciously provided me with an ample supply, also no extra fee. I normally don't write reviews but the exceptional quality of work and customer support was noteworthy. Will definitely use Anthony's Landscaping for future projects.

Landscaping by Anthony has been reported to The Office of Attorney General, Ashley Moody for violating the law. Buyer be at your own risk if you hire Landscaping by Anthony, Inc., Anthony Scavone. Anthony will not honor his own contract, or his own documented verification of credits owed. Instead Anthony resorts to having his lawyer sending threatening letters of foreclosing on your property and GOVERN YOUR ACTIONS ACCORDINGLY . I do not take threats well. The office of the attorney general, has documented receipt of all documents and has placed this in the hands of the senior protection team. In addition the Florida Bar Association has received documentation of ethics violations. I have proof that I am not the first or only one that Anthony Scavone has used gaslighting, intimidation and threats. Anthony final bill was $1,780.00. If he would subtract the credits owed, which I have documentation of Anthony agreeing he owed, the total I would owe him is a little over $100, but he refuses and demands the $1,780. Now he is threatening to place a lien on my home and file a lawsuit to foreclosure. Which I know he can not foreclose, so it is a threat. I have also been threatened to be sued for any negative post.

They workers worked so well together, everyone knows what they are suppose to do, they laugh and joked around while they work which makes them get job done so fast. I was very impressed. I will surely hire them again if I should need landscaping.

We met with Anthony and gave him our ideas. Anthony designed exactly what we were looking for. The landscaping and the lighting were installed quickly and professionally. Anthony handled the permits with our HOA. After installation everything was cleaned up completely. Anthony followed up with us to make sure we were happy. Deserves 6 stars.
