Fence, Building and Landscaping

Victor came to look at the land and understood what i wanted done, was very nice, Project 1 level land. Project 2 cement pad for wheelchair access into home. Project 1: Late arrival and left by 2pm, cleared weeds, left them in the back yard. I had 2 huge piles of dirt and both completely gone. land was nowhere near level. It rained and it somehow was worse than before. We have alot of sand and once you touch the packed sand it stays loose and in this case very muddy with the rain. Talked about my concerns with Victor when he came for payment. Victor said yes he would fix it till he got the full payment then backed out and said he would not have time and did not want to fix it. I placed my complaint and he sent a stranger to my home to look at it and fix it. The man left and called me to say his tractor broke and could not fix it. Victor gave out my contact information and address. Victor now is avoiding all contact. My land is still a mess

Very professional

Victor was professional and when he realized he underestimated amount of cement heâ d need because of how sandy dirt was he stuck firmly to his estimate. I volunteered to pay for the extra cement because he dug deeper holes than what my old fence had just to make it sturdier. Heâ s great. Highly recommend.

Victor was great to work with. He did a great job reaching out to me, keeping me apprised and was always on time. He did an amazing job.
