McGeehan Plumbing Contracting

We had a loud garbage disposal and McGeehan was assigned through HSA. The garbage disposal was functioning when they came. Nathan came and informed me there was a screw and small piece of rock that he found in the disposal. He said the disposal was functioning just running a bit loud before he left. Three days later and our disposal is not working. When I reached out and asked them to come fix it, I got a call and Nathan argued with me and called me illogical. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Find another plumbing service provider.

Very professional.Tommy bought and installed a new toilet in a timely manner and left no mess to clean up. Good experience. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Service technician was Tommy Martin. Contacted me. Arrived on time Very friendly and courteous. I have an older home so he had to find a new toilet that would work with the old floor fittings. Cleaned up after he was done. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back if I need other work done. Great work. Affordable price.

Showed up for warranty replacement hot water tank. Disappeared for months till I tracked them down on social media and left comments on a personal page. The home warranty company told us they ignored multiple notifications that the water tank was ready for him for months.

I paid for The job but he was not able to finish it that day..., was told he would come back and finish the job...set up several appointments, no show, no call, i had to call him and he was sorry he did not make it but how about tomorrow...after three weeks I texted asking for a refund since i had to get another plumber to finish the job and never got a response. He also said he would email me a receipt which he never did that either.

Made sure I was happy with a particular faucet selection which was available before installing. Replaced all necessary fittings, hoses, etc. with quality replacements and double checked everything before finished. The quality of work was excellent!
