Every site has it's own specific characteristics; Slope, exposure, soil type, age of system, (specific parts needed...), Owner-participation and follow-up, etc.. Any Irrigation Service Call has to be done on a time and materials basis, and we h a v e to have "minimum's" for this work. After a service call - we have to assume the owner knows and will operate/manage the water-coverage well in order to have a flourishing landscape. We also offer landscape Maintenance - where we could participate in better results following repairs. :)"
"We don't have dissatisfied clients, and know after 31 years of serving happy customers - the importance of RESPONDING instead of reacting to "sticky" situations; This CLEARLY is one of those. We still are persisting in our attempt to communicate with the client, and hope she will respond so we can understand and correct her dissatisfaction. As I reviewed the original call and work order; the specifics don't "match". Irrigation service work is difficult to schedule precisely - as the previous service call may have more (or less) time demand, depending on whether the problem is simple or complex.
