Ducts & Vents Installation and Replacement
When we discussed the project I made it clear that I was dissatisfied with how the original contractor used flexible plastic ductwork instead of galvanized metal. Despite this, Lane replaced the ductwork with the same product. I was concerned that rodent damage would cause the same problem again so I had him add a metal pan under the ductwork to protect it. This added $200 to the job that ended up over $700. I think the job was easier than either of us expected it would be. I was under some pressure to get it done and done correctly, which it was, but I think it was a little more expensive than it would have been had I gotten competitive bids. I am otherwise satisfied with how it turned out. He did a good job and I dont expect further problems.

I'm so glad we chose Lane. They fully and accurately explained the problem and gave options for both repair and replacement. We ended out replacing and are very happy with the system. Lane does a great job communicating everything clearly. They were here on time and got the job done right and in one day. Thank you for being there for us!

This was a disaster. Owner is very nice but has a bunch of inexperienced idiots working for him. One of them fell through my ceiling. They left my house a complete mess. And i had to remind them to do things. Run!

Dennis was conservative with his work. The unit is old - probably from 1956 - so he tested what he could, but then basically said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." He did not try to sell me work or product I did not need, so I will use him in the future for work I do need to have done.

Dennis was professional and let me know everything he was doing. He replaced my hose and ladders leaving everything the way he found it. Plus he gave me great tips for using my air conditioner. I am having Lane perform annual service for my furnace and air conditioner. Highly recommend.
