Gas Heating and Furnace Service
I'm so glad we chose Lane. They fully and accurately explained the problem and gave options for both repair and replacement. We ended out replacing and are very happy with the system. This was a disaster. Owner is very nice but has a bunch of inexperienced idiots working for him. One of them fell through my ceiling. They left my house a complete mess. And i had to remind them to do things. Run!

Dennis was conservative with his work. The unit is old - probably from 1956 - so he tested what he could, but then basically said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." He did not try to sell me work or product I did not need, so I will use him in the future for work I do need to have done.

Dennis was professional and let me know everything he was doing. He replaced my hose and ladders leaving everything the way he found it. Plus he gave me great tips for using my air conditioner. I am having Lane perform annual service for my furnace and air conditioner. Highly recommend.

Dennis was able to come to our assistance, both times, fast. The issue was found, (which could have been a potential fire hazard), fixed and he was gone within the hour. We are now cool and comfortable..
