Started on three story siding projects back in 1986. Went in business in 1990 as a general contractor, remodeling exteriors, framing, siding, windows, and roofing on residential and commercial. Today in Placer county, working mainly on Residential Remodeling but open to anything I can accomplish for whoever my customer is. I listen well to my customers needs and desires and seek to serve them with the highest quality I can achieve. With over 30 years of experience, I have installed all types of siding, windows, roofing, and more. I offer free estimates. I live in Loomis, CA. I would love to discuss your project. Deck or Porch Repair
I needed a deck repair and was dealing with someone else who led me on for a month with only one estimate...done one way. They would not do what I wanted (less repair). Howard at Lane Home Improvement called me to tell me he usually did not do the work I was wanting but came by to give me pointers, answer questions and tell me what he thought needed done even though he knew he probably would not be taking the job. I mean.....who does that?? Howard was so nice and easy to work with and fit me in before another big job he had lined up. I hired him just because he is so nice and then hoped for the best. I could not be more happy with the job. Plus.....he got started right away and worked with my budget. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was so fortunate to find Howard. My home needed a complete siding replacement and I decided to use fiber cement siding in hopes of only having to do this project once in my lifetime. Howards bid came in far lower than the big contracting companies. If it were not for him, I would not have been able to afford to do this project. Howard is a real pro with tons of experience and does all the work himself. He has an eye for detail and his craftsmanship is phenomenal. A man of true character. I would strongly recommend Lane Home Improvement for your siding project.

The work is not yet done i only just met him yesterday but our visit was so helpful. Howard was very intuitive to my needs and concerns. I felt him to be very honest and forth coming when it came to all my long list of questions. I needed the skirting replaced on the older mobile we just bought. He was very professional ,, with creative ideas. His estimate was better than the others I had received and along with another great pro I hired for windows he is going to help make our older mobile home from a pigs ear to a silk purse. We just bought the place and it turned into a money pit. The house i remodeled was nothing compared to the problems with dealing with a mobile home. Yet Howard set my mind and ease and along with The great contractor i hired, Chris Richeson off Home Advisor who had to deal with some real issues that a older mobile home evidently has, it is going to be a place we can be happy in.

The work was done professionally and with specific attention to waterproofing the new windows, doors and siding installation.
