We needed three thermostats put in and the initial service and response was very good. Once the work was completed and I paid in full we realized that one of the thermostats was not working. I have been trying to get in touch with the company since Dec and have not been able to come in to complete the essentially incomplete work.

Lane Mechanical provides good equipment for a good price, however I can not get them to come back to my home to finish a job. It has been well over a year. The job took much longer than expected, it was supposed to take a month but took three months.

A lot of work was needed to retrofit the new air cond. and internal cooling unit. The technicians were up to the task and completed all work as needed in the same day. These techs were good company men and obviously dedicated to management. The work was competed to my total satisfaction including all clean-up and 5 star neatness in the installation. Lane's cost was also quite reasonable and would be considered a bargain when compared with other estimates, almost half as much as the "big name" plumbing company. These folks are worth a shot next time you need some heating and cooling services.

Excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered the phone Sunday night when my AC stopped working and was there Monday to diagnose the issue. 17 yo AC needed to be replaced. Provided quote and options; completed the job the next day! The installation team did fabulous work and within 1 day I had AC again. I highly recommend this company - the leadership and team and their whole service. Thank You!!

I Purchased a mini split for the garage system and then hired him to install. He took the job then complained constantly about the system i purchased Took over 1 month to complete the job. Electrical work was unprofessional system was installed in winter he disconnected my sprinkler system with out telling me. never completed the tune up that I paid for
