Repair or Service a Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker
Did not receive an invoice or receipt. I had to either provide money for the part or purchase it myself - I chose to purchase it. He changed out the water inlet valve on the refrigerator with no problem - repair completed.

Had to borrow tools from me, then at completion asked for more money than originally agreed upon

"Thank you for the tools you had let me borrow, next time I will make sure I use the ones I have. Normally when an "estimate" is given over the phone their is always a possibly it could be a little less or more. If I physically give the estimate it doesn't change unless the customer adds more to the original job we discussed. Thanks for the business."
