Super organized. Professional and timely. An excellent communicator. Showed me and the architect around a home he is currently constructing. We were very impressed. Has everything in place to handle construction management, and his price is right. One CM wanted to charge me 30%. Chris is 12% above cost. I inerviewed three other builders, and Chris is far superior to the others. I am so glad I met him.

I'm a California resident who needed someone who could rennovate my townhouse in Michigan. Lange Building took on the entire project, and followed through in excellent fashion. Mr. Lange was helpful and professional from our first meeting. In addition to overseeing the work with a fine eye to detail and workmanship, he was willing and able to use technology - phone, fax, and email - to stay in constant touch. I rate the workmanship and communication skills as top notch, and I would definitely call on Lange Building again.
