Neal was very professional. Multiple different teams and workers, who were messier than I anticipated. Had to reach out for updates multiple times- not always the best communication within their team. Neal was very responsive via text.

Neal repaired a ceiling we stepped through & drywall repair work in 4 other rooms for us. He was dependable, on time & did excellent work for a fair price. Another note, he went above & beyond to keep the work area clean & with hardly a trace of Sheetrock dust so I was able to keep using the rooms (especially the kitchen) during the repair. That was a PLUS! I highly recommend him & will use him again in the future.

Neal Langford, Langford Drywall, Inc, was very prompt in arriving at our house for the estimate. He gave us an overall of what it was going to cost to fix the drywall in our garage ceiling. Then, when he retuned to do the job, he arrived when he said he would. He performed an excellent and professional job. He was very prompt, courteous and exhibited an outstanding attitude concerning his profession. His cost for the job was way within reason. There is no way anyone could go wrong in choosing Neal for any drywall that needed replacing or repairing.

Neal was the contractor selected by HomeAdvisor as the best fit, and they were not wrong. The others that I contacted were hard to get out for a quote, (not a good sign) with prices anywhere from $876 to $10,000! Neal charged me $1400 to tear out a 24 x 12 foot ceiling, and install a grid in my kitchen/dining room for pressed tin panels. Leaks on second floor had stained the ceiling and I wanted access to pipes. It was a weird request but Neal's team handled it beautifully. he came out promptly, responded with a quote in writing, sent proof of insurance, and waited patiently as I slogged through the offers. He was 15 minutes (8:45am) early and stayed with the job until completion. His demo and grid installers were like Dr. Seuss's Thing1 & Thing2, moving smoothly through the rooms on leg extensions (10' ceiling) putting up plastic sheets to protect the other rooms, tearing down the ceiling in about an hour. They then proceeded to masterfully install a solid feeling grid within 4 inches of the joists due to a ceiling constraint. Everything cleaned up and hauled away by 2:30. Neal even mopped!

Where do I start, Mr. Neal was everything I could want in a contractor and more. He went above and beyond what I would think was not part of the job.. Mr. Neal and his crew sheet rocked and unfinished basement, plastered and finished. Once the job was complete, he came back as many times as needed to smooth out any areas that needed it, then came back to sand it, more than once. Awesome! On top of that that there was an area of the ceiling that was not done by him and it began to sag, not only that in the same area the electrician had to tear a big part out to correct some wiring and Mr. Neal had no problem sheet rocking that area, plaster, finished and sanded.. He is the best. AAA++++ service, always polite.. Will use again and recommend to others.. Kudos Neal, never lose your integrity..
