We did not have the same experience reflected in many of the 5-star reviews for Langley Roofing. While I could go into many individual issues throughout this project, the biggest problem by far was communication and follow-through. The only real bright spot in this entire experience was Anthony, who handled the soffit and fascia repair work. He was the only employee who seemed genuinely interested in helping and making the project feel important. He went over the entire property with a magnetic sweeper each timr he did any work , showed me what he was doing in detail and his work looks nice. He's very good at what he does and is in my opinion an assett to Langley roofing What makes this especially disappointing is that we chose Langley because they are one of the largest and most recognizable roofing companies in town. We expected professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Instead, the experience felt rushed and volume-driven rather than quality-driven.

Unprofessional and obtuse. I hired Langley Roofing to do the roof on my detached garage. They made a mistake, which they admitted, but unfortunately their attempts to fix it only made things worse. The only right way to fix it was to do it over, which obviously they didn't want to do. They wouldn't even agree to a discount. I'm sure they'll reply to this saying their fix was sufficient, but it wasn't. They know it wasn't; they just don't want to admit it because it would cost them. Langley has been a nightmare. Go with anyone else and save yourself some headache.

Crooks. Roof was leaking so I called and got several quotes. Langley's initial (key part) quote was competitive so we decided to go with them. Their quote included redoing the roof, damaged sheathing, fix a gutter at my request, and an option they suggested to fix rotted wood on the chimney. The quote broke them down separately and we booked. The roof was completed in one day and the gutters were as well. The initial quote for the chimney repair was $650. This was not something I was initially looking for and decided to go with it only because they were already up there and we could properly budget for it. They came out to do that repair and didn't start. They issued a new quote that required a $300 deposit up front and said they would do it based on material and labor as they were unsure of the amount of wood to be replaced. I thought that sounded fair. Every time they came out, I was at work and they did not communicate at all how many times or how long they were out there. After I

after the storm that came through my mother had many shingles blowed off I called Langley roof and spoke to Sheila and she had Blake come up the next day Blake was very respectful and knowledgeable and gave us an estimate The crew came on the day that was scheduled and Curtis the project manager also came They had the old roof removed and replaced a few board and the new roof installed in 1 day Curtis came back the next day to do a final inspection and make sure everything was cleaned up This was the 3rd roof that me and my family had installed by Langley roof thanks again for a quality job!

Langley has no control of their roofing processes! A team of non-English speaking installers arrived and began work after the project manager had given me an estimate for the color and type shingles I desired. No supervision of this team and no communication because of the language barrier! I had requested that all bad wood be replaced before the installation of the new roofing materials. When they completed the install there was a 4 foot section of roofing that was swagging. After inspection that area of the roof would drop about 3 inches when I would stand on it and I weigh in at about 240#. When project manager was called; he also got onto the roof and the roof again dipped when he stood in and around that area! He was probably 50-60 lbs lighter than me. The removal of the hew shingles and weather layer was required to replace a rotted board. There was no reason for the company not to replace this rotten woood as it was at an add-on cost to me. When they finished refuse and removed materials were left in my yard for over a week. When I went in to pay the manager had to summoned to take care of the transaction. Unknown to me they sent my information to a loan serving company and I had to pay an addition $81.01 in interest as I was waiting to pay after the refuse had been removed from my yard. Actually they company Wisetack had already sent payment to them and my money had gone to a serving company that works in conjunction with wisetack named Scratch Services and they had charged me one months interest to pay off the loan!!! 15 months after the fact, I get an email and a phone call wanting to know when I am going to pay for the roofing services. This is after I had repairmen come an repair a problem with the main roof and porch roof interface. But no mention of lack of payment was mentioned when I requested that repair!!! It took me a week to chase the money and get someone to assure me that Langley Roofing had been paid 15 months ago. When I ask the woman at the front desk why she could not see that Wisetack had paid them for my roofing installation; she assured me that she did not have access to that system. Yet she is the exact person who called me an assured me that she had checked all her records and had no record of my payment. I assume the manager is the only person that has access to Wisetack records; because he is the one that did the research and found where my roofing installation had been paid. Langley roofing installation processes as well as their billing and payment processes are broken. Do not recommend

This review is one year in the making. Anyone can say a company did a good job after a day or two from completing a job, but can you say it a year later? Well, I'm glad to say Yes, I Can!! I'm very happy with how quickly the job was done and I feel that I got what I paid for the completed re-roofing. Langley did a full tear off and replacement of our 23-year-old asphalt shingles. They installed new underlayment, better than felt paper, aluminum drip edging on all exposed sheathing, and replacement of some rotten around the base of the chimney (where the roof meets up with the chimney) at no extra charge. They also installed all new architectural shingles. Langley started the job on a Friday morning and came back to finish on Saturday, but it started to rain so the parts of the house that did not get finish was covered with blue tarps. I was thinking they would be back on Monday to finish the job, but No! They came back out that Sunday and fully completed their work plus a full clean up of the job site (cut shingles, nails and paper and plastic that the wind blew to the woods) I do recommend Langley and would use them again, if needed. Wind blew off several tiles from my roof. Called Langley & made appointment for repair estimate. Jeremy came over at time of appointment and climbed on the roof, made the repair in just a few minutes, and left. Got an invoice in my email with a zero charge. It was labeled "Courtesy Repair". Langley has done excellent work for me in the past and I highly recommend them.

Everyone from the person who answered my originial phone call to Casey, the estimator, Renee, service manager to Lloyd and Brian who perform the repair were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Could not have been happier. Did great work. Would use them again and would highly recommend them.

I've called them out twice for 2 different roof problems, and they fixed them in short order. Pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

American called but never showed up. Langley came right on time and completed the repair the next day. They were efficient and did a great job. Also very reasonable.

I contacted three roofing companies for a quote to install a new roof on my home. Out of the three, Langley roofing came in at a reasonable estimate and their customer service was OUTSTANDING! I spoke with a real person within one hour of sending an email inquiry and had a quote within 48 hours that listed everything up front. Then after a week, the owner (Jeremy) called me personally to follow up. Their crew arrived on time, had the job done in less than a day, and left a super clean work area- which if you have kids is a huge plus since I was worried about nails left in my yard that they would find. I would highly recommend Langley Roofing to anyone looking for an honest company with a great work product that can meet your budget needs.

The estimator came out at the designated time. Had crew on site that day to complete the repairs. Work was done quickly and satisfactory. Would recommend.

They made sure the roof and yard were clean before leaving. The company and the crew were professional . I would they again if I need roofing work.
