Priced right. Installed in time. POOR QUALITY CAULKING AROUND GLASS. I EXPECTED BETTER.

"Mark when we met with you to measure for your glass panel we showed you that your tiled knee wall was out of plumb 11/16 on the bottom and the side wall where the glass meets was out of plumb 3/8". If you wanted a better fitment of glass then this starts with proper framing and proper tile work. There is only so much we can do with glass to fit badly out of plumb walls. My installers did there very best with the situation they had to work with. I believe some of this responsibility lies on you since you are the contractor."

I emailed Home Advisor for information to have custom mirrors made and a shower door enclosure installed. Within 5 mins of my request Chris from Lanier Custom Glass called me. Met me the very next day for quote and asked me when I wanted delivery. I chose the date and as usual Chris was there exactly on time. His crew was fantastic. Having Chris here to oversee both projects was super. Chris and his crew were very respectful of my home. They were most knowledgeable, professional, supportive and more importantly friendly and polite. I look forward to more projects with this company.
