Did not winterize. Just drained some water by the valve and did not put it back together properly in the spring. I had to call him back.

Stuart was open, straight forward and knowledgeable. He straightened my system out and it now works properly.

Do Not Hire!!! Very pleasant but shoddy workmanship with business practices and behavior that is dishonest at best. Mr. Lanier assured me that he was licensed and certified, yet he performed work and installed a backflow valve on my irrigation system without obtaining the necessary code permits. This was discovered when Charlotte Water sent us a violation notice. Most alarming is the fact, Stewart, knew or should have known that the backflow valve that he was installing on my system did not meet code. Mr. Lanier also used a Sharkbite fitting on the repair site, which started leaking less that 72 hours after repair. Promised to repair leak but never showed up to make it right.

Started the sprinkler repair and then disappeared for 2 weeks. Poor with returning calls and scheduling. Charged $300 more than his original quote. Took 4 visits and kept leaving yard torn up and equipment on lawn for days. Took 3 weeks to finish job that should have been done in a day or two.

Mr. Lanier was great. Extremely prompt and thorough. He replaced my cracked leaking pipe and added a new valve that should have been installed when the system was first put in. And he did it all in less than two hours for a very reasonable price.

Mr. Lanier was very knowledgeable and spent the necessary time with us to evaluate our system and give us the necessary information about winterization of the system that we needed. In this case, the way our system was built, we did not have to winterize.

Mr Lanier is very personable. Showed up on time. Had all parts on the truck. Solved both my sprinkler leak problems in 2 1/2 hours.

Mr. Lanier was at my house within an hour of making the emergency appointment, and fixed my problem.

Mr. Lanier was very efficient. I contacted him with a problem regarding some damaged sprinkler heads and also asked him to cap off some in the natural area of my yard that I did not want to use. I contacted him because of the ratings, and was very pleased with his demeanor and work.

Mr. Lanier was extremely cordial and on-time to our appointment. Chose him because of other ratings and was not disappointed. He was experienced and knowledgeable about my sprinkler system and got to the quickly got to the cause of the problem and adjusted sprinkler heads. Great service and will use again. I am so thankful for Stuart Lanier! He has repaired my irrigation that two others have been unable to fix. It was a lengthy process and he stayed with it and didn't give up!! I would recommend him to anyone with irrigation issues. He is my one and only source now!! The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks again Stuart!!

I had a line leaking in the front of the house Stewart came after a brief conversation the line had a pin-hole leak he removed that put a new piece of line in place & sealed both ends to that line with water tight clamps took a picture for me to see his work & to be sure the leak was no more I waited about 3 days to totally dry then paid Stewart his patience was very much appreciated !!!!
