Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in a while. Not to mention they tried charging me almost $12K in labor alone for less than 600sq. feet of floor installation which was 3x the cost of any other installer I called after I canceled this company. The worst part is how both managers, Taylor and Jessica, treated me with total disrespect as a customer. Stay away!

Scott Zeliski did an outstanding on my carpet that had 15 years of Georgia red clay ground into it. I watched him work so hard. He got into every corner of the carpet. As soon as I can I will have him and his company do more carpets in my home. Couldn't be more pleased with his work and his courteous and friendly service! - Kathleen Y
