Chris of Lanier's Wildlife Solutions was really knowledgeable and checked with me daily to check on our progress of removing raccoons from my attic. Within a week, Chris laid traps & racoons were gone and I couldn't be more grateful.

I recommend Lanier Solutions for any need you might have. I hired them to remove squirrels and rats in my attic that had chewed through a number of wires. I tried for years to get rid of the squirrels on my own. They not only got rid of the squirrels and rats but also an opossum. Also, they found their entry holes in my roof and sealed them up, then replaced my attic insulation that had been ruined by years of feces and urine. Actually hired them for BOTH raccoon AND bat removal. Chris Lanier is awesome. Punctual, professional, polite, dependable and knowledgeable. I would have lost this house if Iâ d have bet on it, that it was opossums in my attic. Chris said looked like raccoons to him, from the claw marks on the tree and other things. Lived here 20 years and NEVER saw a raccoon. He was right!! Trapped 3 and got them out of my attic. Always came by to check the traps. Never had to stay on top of him. Dependable. Also had bats behind a shutter on the front of the house. He cleaned out the bat poop and got rid of 9 bats! I thought I had 2. But nope. I counted them as they flew out! He also sort of â inspectedâ /looked around and found termite trails. Called my termite company and yep. They had missed it! He hadnâ t. They placed plugs with poison. Just like he said they should do. The work ethic is there. The competitive pricing is there. The service and results are there. Youâ d be crazy as a bat if you didnâ t go there. For all your needs.

Their service was excellent and repetitive during the 2-week contract. He was very effective and I would very highly recommend his company to others. During the contract Chris trapped 3 adult Opossums and one young one. Hopefully, our animal problem has been solved, but if not we will certainly contract him again. dr Morgan

Mr. Chris was awesome! My situation was that rats had gotten in my house (although I personally find them adorable, I do not want them running amok in my house). I purchased a plan to eliminate the rats, seal up possible entry points to include new attic vent covering and deodorizing of the attic. He came out periodically to check traps and dispose of any catches. Was always timely, communicative, worked around my schedule, and was certainly professional. It has been a couple weeks now and no new signs of any rats so at this point, I feel it was a job well done. I highly recommend it!
