Lansden Construction did such a great job with my 70 year old bathroom that I hired them again to remodel my kitchen. Once again, they exceeded my expectations with every stage of the project. From floor to ceiling, Jay did it all; new wood floors, cabinets, dishwasher, electrical, plumbing, countertop, backsplash, and ceiling fan. Still a little more to do, but at this point it is perfect. Thank you Jay.

Lansden Construction is the best company I have worked with since moving back to Olde Towne Bellevue. I needed my bathroom completely remodeled, and the estimate from Cortney was extremely reasonable. Jay showed up at 8:00 sharp with a co-worker on the appointed day. It was apparent right from the start that Jay had a lot of experience in construction. His ability to repair the many unexpected problems that cropped up in an old home like mine really stands out. The best part was the Tile Work - It is Perfect!!!
