Lanzarone Construction, LLC

Johns craftsmanship and professionalism are truly top notch! John finished our 950 sq. ft basement from the ground up, adding 2 bedrooms, a family room, and a full bathroom. He was always available if we had questions, and promptly resolved any concerns we had. Were so glad we found John for our basement project, and the price was much less than many other quotes we received. Were extremely happy with how our basement turned out and would absolutely recommend John with any hesitation at all.

John is super friendly and is easy to work with.

John Lanzarone is amazing. We are completely pleased with the quality of his work. He helped us decide on a floor plan. His framing was the envy of our neighbors. His attention to detail was apparent through every stage of our project. He gave us good advice and was also open to our ideas and suggestions. John was very easy to work with and we feel that we gained a new friend. We are very proud of our new basement and we owe John a great deal of gratitude for a job extremely well done.

He finished our 1000 sq ft basement. There was no framing, so he came in and built it from the ground up. John was incredibly helpful from the very start, and throughout our entire experience with him. He has excellent communication skills, and was able to cater to some unique demands we had. We feel like we were really able to trust him to be in our home. The subcontractors were on the same level as John - very professional and respectful. We were given a timeline and a price at the beginning, and everything was completed on schedule and on budget. We would recommend this John and this company to anybody.

Excellent craftsmanship and customer service . Worked well with our HOA guidelines and our schedule. Professional demeanor. Wish we had similar projects to do right away as would hire John in a moment. We highly recommend John Lanzarone for you next building need.

They showed up on time. They did a really great job and do warranties. Excellent company!
