Felt he was trustworthy

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Doesn't show up when he say's he will, was suppose to come back following day to finish, no show no call, then said he would come Saturday no show, then he said he would come back Sunday but guess what NO SHOW, NO CALL. I hired some one else, this company will not be in business muck longer if he keeps treating his customers this way.

Came out when he said he would, checked my heating system and got it working, was quick and professional and made sure it was working before he left.

Scott is the very definition of, "Professional". He knows what he's doing and can tell you what, if anything, is needed if your system isn't up to par. We hired him to winterize our cooler for us. He came out, inspected the unit and our heater, informed us that we were actually missing parts that, after installation, would lower our bills. Did he offer to install those for us? Sure, but he recommended we buy them and install them* ourselves to save even MORE money. That kind of honesty is a wonderful thing. He told us exactly what to look for and which store would have it for the lowest price. *dampers - no big deal on installation at all The best part? Since he owns his small company, Scott's available on weekends and after hours at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Needless to say, we kept his info and will be contacting him in the spring and for anything else we need cooling- and heating-wise in the future.
