On a Sunday I asked Home Advisor to find someone to replace a kitchen sink faucet the next day because I happened to be off that Monday. LaPorte Plumbing responded on Sunday, proposing a time Monday. I sent their contact a short video showing the old Delta faucet and the issues with it. German, the plumbers name, came on the dot of appointment time with the type and quality of faucet I wanted for the sink. The video was enough for them to size up what I needed. He completed installation in 1.25 hr. The American Standard replacement faucet was discounted. The labor rate seemed reasonable to me because plumber labor is not discounted :-)

German and Randy were fast, friendly and professional.

Poor planning. Showed up at 10:30 even though they start work at 7:00.

The company did an amazing job and would recommend them again.

I use them for everything for the last 30 years.

I would use them again

Jacob was very knowledgeable and curtious. When writing a check to pay him, I accidentally pulled two checks out of my book because they were stuck together. Later, when Jacob discovered that I’d given him two checks, he immediately called to let me know he’d distroyed the blank check. Yes, there are honest people still left in this world. Thank you, Jacob.

Communication was great and at times hard to understand the secretary.

The technician arrived on time and provided professional service for my clogged drains.

The plumber I got was great. I needed help with installing a replacement for a leaking faucet for my washer that seemed welded in place. He was able to remove the bad faucet and install a replacement. He also helped install both my new washer and gas dryer which had been dificult for me to do on my own. Highly recommended.

We had a last minute hot water heater issue on Good Friday evening before the Easter holiday weekend. I had no faith that we would be able to find someone to assist us which would leave us without hot water for a good 4 to 5 days. This company was quick to offer assistance even into the late evening. The job was completed to perfection and in a timely manner. Mr. Laporte came personally to offer his expertise - and demonstrated exceptional client relations before, during and after our scheduled service. I highly recommend this company without reservations and would be eager to use them in the future should the need arise.

The first time they came out they used a snake that wasn't heavy duty $150 The next day the main drain was clogged again Called them they said that I should have it videod to see what the problem was. I agreed to have then come out $350 The main drain is working I was not at home My wife did not see the video They said that the cast iron pipe needs to be replaced I sent an email asking them to send me the video so I could review it No response Sent an estimate to replace The estimate around $7500. I'm not spending that kind of money and not see for myself

Laporte Plumbing had a very quick response to my request and worked with us on an appointment time that worked with our schedule. I will use them again.

Would not recommend unless you think $150.00/hr is reasonable. Overcharged on materials as well. Did not itemize costs on invoice. Feel like I was taken advantage of.
