Prompt and thorough.

Came and gave bid on the Sunday before Labor Day and completed job promptly by Wednesday. I had huge Maple tree in back yard that was difficult to get to and did a good job at a very reasonable price.

Javier and his crew removed a wood retaining wall in the back and replaced it. They also installed a 5 feet deep 49 feet long garden and backfilled it with planting soil. I called them after the first week to add additional backfill behind and to take the new retaining wall and they responded they would do it within a few days. The summer was dry, so, no additional settling occurred... until late summer when we received a major rainfall. All the voids collapsed and the back of the wall showed significant settling. I sent several emails and called Javier. He said he would be there on Saturday, he never showed. It looks like I am going to purchase my own soil to backfill the settling. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service, especially since I paid them immodestly, once the job was complete.

My lawn was laid Sept. of 2019. There are dandelions sprouting up all over and there are flowering plants growing around the lawn, they should not be there! Went out of town, hired them to water my lawn. When I pulled in the driveway and adult man was sitting under a tree on his cell phone while a 12 yr. old was using my handheld nozzle watering. I paid them for 3 1/2 days. the lawn was brown. I am guessing Sunday afternoon was the only time they watered. My neighbors never saw them. Calling and or for them to follow through is like pulling teeth. The foreman promised to come by, did not show. It took over a week.

Javier is very prompt in responding to questions, phone calls, text messages and bidding. He fixed a pre-existing timber wall and stairs that was leaning and did a fantastic job. I appreciated the qualify of work and his communication. Highly recommend!!

Was able to describe what I needed with use of current blocks in Retaining wall to keep cost and also blend well with my front yard beds. Quote was within my budget, and job was completed repairing three walls in timely manner. Thanks so much.

Javier did a nice job trimming my tree and thought the price was fair.

They communicated well and accepted most of my suggestions about where to trim trees. If they disagreed with my suggestions, they explained why in an understandable manner. I would hire them again.
