The technician was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the issue and resolution in a detailed and precise manner. An estimate was prepared and provided in a timely manner. There was not a lag between estimate acceptance and Work commencement. Work began once the estimate was accepted and the parts arrived. The refrigerator is working fine thanks to Larkin & Family Appliance Repair.
