The utmost professionalism and understanding! Not only was their work quality, but they certainly check all the boxes of what you are looking for if you need a job done. From start to finish my experience was phenomenal. I needed a shed removed and it was completed in less than 1 hr. They even took the scraps and dumped them as well. I will be using them again.

Antonio and his crew are terrific. They are so conscientious, professional, skilled, prompt, and are hard workers. After getting several estimates I found their cost to be very fair and I liked the personal attention they give to the client. They had to put up drywall and seam it to existing drywall for over 100 feet. After painting, the walls, one would never know the old and new drywall was joined together. The crew also did baseboards, hung doors and moldings, put back electrical outlets, removed a small wall, etc. Antonio and his crew covered and protected all floors. They created hardly any dust and cleaned up after their work each day. All of this is overseen by Aracely, Antonio's wife. She personally comes to the client''s house to insure the client is satisfied and she takes care of all the paperwork, etc. This is truly a family business that really cares. I know a lot about construction and if I am pleased, I know you will, too. Hire them!

This team is impeccable! They are very responsive, professional, FAST, and have competitive pricing, for sure. I had a walk-thru with them to review the scope of the work. The work was scheduled for 48 hours later. They arrived on time, began work immediately upon arrival, completed in record time, and even threw in a couple of gratis extras. What a five-star experience! I will work with Larrondo again and again!

I have dealt with a lot of different contractors and my experience with Larrondo Demolition and Services was exceptional. They painted my entire house and also had to repair drywall due to leaks along with a few other jobs. They did a beautiful job and were a pleasure to deal with. Their work was neat and clean and priced fairly. I handed over all the problems I was having with my house and they just took care of it. I recommend them highly.
