HAD THEM COME OUT TO CHECK MY MOTHERS A/C SYSTEM(ELDERLY/HOME-BOUND).STRANGE ENOUGH STARTED WORKING...THEY CHECKED IT ANYWAY AND GAVE US A COUPLE COULD BE GUESSES...SURE ENOUGH, WAS NOT ANY TIME AT ALL IT FAILED TO COOL AGAIN...SOLD AS A CONTRACT (SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS)THAT WOULD COVER THEM COMING OUT AND CHECKING A/C, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL...STARTED COOLING AGAIN...GAVE GUESS AT THE PROBLEM, SAID IT IS AN OLDER UNIT(10YRS OLD) AND ADVISED SHOULD REPLACE IT ALL...OK, CHARGED ANOTHER $100 (THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY SAID CONTRACT) SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE/AUTHORIZATION ECT FROM JENNIFER CAME IN AND GAVE THE PRICE. COUPLE OF MARKDOWNS ONE OF WHICH WAS THE $100 THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED ANYWAY... SET UP INSTALL...THE CREW CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB, COMPLETE AND HAPPY WITH INSTALL, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE CREW. PROBLEM IS...WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SAID CONTRACT, ANY PAPERWORK/RECEIPT DETAILING REPLACEMENT WARRANTY COVERAGE JUST A CANCELLED CHECK FROM MY MOTHER'S BANK! HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH REP JENNIFER NUMEROUS TIMES FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!

I contacted this company to repair a broken pipe. They charged me $7500. In order to repair my pipe they had to open my asphalt. I only agreed because they promised to fix it with concrete, once they would be done. They left my asphalt the way you can see on the picture. It is left undone, there is a huge gap between the concrete they put vs the rest of the asphalt. When I called them to ask them to finish their job, they promised me to come in the following days to fix it. They still have not came while this issue was 3 MONTHS AGO! They now do not answer my calls anymore. Such an unprofessional company!

We just finished put bathroom remodel and used Larry and sons at three different times during the project. Tyler did the initial plumbing, replacing our old lines and fixing some leaks. Next up was Andrew and he installed the bath light fixture, ran new lines and installed an exhaust fan and new gfi outlets. We finally got someone to move our vanity upstairs so we had Tim come out to install it and a new toilet to complete our remodel. All three were excellent and professional. Would definitely recommend Larry and Sons!

Amazing work!!! Extremely nice, courteous and friendly. I had two main jobs that need to get done and they were done quickly and efficiently. I had some other questions about some Plumbing issues which were answered. Very happy I called Larry & Son for this job. If all their technicians are like this I will be definitely giving them more work in the future

The plumber that came over was on-time and a great guy. Fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. He actually left the toilet in condition that is probably better than the original instillation. The price was fairly reasonable as well.

Great service, Installed new exterior Water Faucet, good service, got a discount, still thought it was price too high for a senior Budget. $295.00 for Replacement.

One day heat pump replacement. Wasted no time, absolutely knew what they were doing, and were happy to answer all my questions.

They did an excellent job and replaced our heat pump and system in one day when the tempature was 22 degrees. After it was turned on they adjusted and balanced everything so it was perfect. They are an excellent professional company.

They provide excellent customer service and have highly qualified technicians with excellent training: they are very selective on who they hire! I ask a lot questions and they answer all of them. If I have an emergency or an appointment, they come out immediately and show up when they are supposed to.

A hole was cut too big in the ceiling for an access panel. It was not a big deal. They would repair the hole and this was over a month ago and no one calls. This is typical with Larry & Sons. We love their professional service and quality work but the Customer Service skills are non existent.

Larry and Sons have been real life-savers! Whenever I needed emergency work done, they were here when I called, arrived immediately, knew what the problem was and immediately fixed it. Their customer service is awesome, ranging from the girls in the office to the techs in the field who know their work very well. One of the emergencies we've had was that a water main had burst and the entire front yard needed to be dug up. They did an excellent job and you couldn't even notice they had been there! They also have changed the entire interior plumbing of our house and have done an excellent job. They are truly professional, well trained and give us prices according to our house requirements and what we can afford. Whenever we have a problem they come out here immediately. I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them to anybody!
