Hired this company to re-tile my shower floor. He was very prompt about calling and scheduling the job. He was scheduled to start at 8am. Around 8:30am I received a phone call at 8:30 saying he just got up and would be late. He showed up with his crew around 10:30am and started the job. He informed me that the person doing the job had 30 years experience doing tile work. The work was completed late that same day. After they left I could see that the grout was still not completely washed off the new tiles and the some of the cuts look very uneven. So I let the shower sit for two days. I then had to spend about 45 minutes scrubbing dried grout off 30% of the tiles. Once I was done I noticed what an amateurish job the installer had done. It looked like a bad do-it-yourself project. The original layout of the tile, which had a slight pattern, was not centered on the floor. The tile cuts along the back, where he finished, left a 1/4-1/2 gap filled with grout. The cuts along the back wall are not even. I called Larry and expressed my displeasure with the work. He was very surprised and agina express all the years of experience his installer has. To be fair I asked Larry to come look at the work done and form his own opinion. He informed me that he was tied up for the next couple of days, but could come by around the end of the week. Well it has been two weeks and I have had no contact from Larry. I had decided up front to give him time to deal with this issue before I would write any type of review, time is up! If you are looking for okay work by a somewhat reliable company, hire Larry. If you are needing quality work by a professional company choose someone else.

Larry responded to request same day. Got the job done within a couple days. Our deck has been returned to just built beauty. Excellent job!!!

If I could rate at zero stars I would without a doubt. An absolute nightmare of an experience. We were promised a clean "turn key job", and paid a price that matched that level of quality. Instead, we were left with a huge mess, molding that was destroyed, thin set all over cabinets and walls, and such poor grouting that it had to be *re-done* by Larry's team within a week. Now, just about a year later, we have cracks in the grout throughout our kitchen, and holes and failures everywhere! We now have to find someone who can help fix this horrendously done job. It's really just sad that the craftsmanship and quality that Larry promised repeatedly was never met. The whole job was unprofessional and our lives are still on hold because of poor workmanship. Yes, he'll "guarantee" his work to you, but at some point you'll learn that their quality of work just isn't good enough. Like we did.

Very pleased overall with project. Some planks are a bit uneven due to our request to complete the job more quickly then Larry and his crew had planned. Make sure to discuss timeline you expect before job starts. Otherwise no complaints. Crew was great and cleaned up well.

Tile work was great. Larry was the most expensive of the three contractors I interviewed but his proposal was the most detailed and that instilled confidence. However, I have never had to clean up such a mess before. Removing tile is dirty work. They left the closet door open and did not cover anything. There was dust in and on all the cabinets, drawers, on the mirrors, walls, fixtures, and my clothes. After they left, everything had to be removed and cleaned. My dry cleaning bill has been atrocious, not to mention the additional $400 to have everything else cleaned. A couple of pieces of plastic would have kept most everything clean except the walls and the floor. Not even the grout washed on top of the tile was cleaned off. And, unfortunately, I waited the stated 72 hours before tackling the floors so it had all set pretty hard. After 3 unsuccessful steam cleanings, we had to get on the floor with brushes to totally clean the tile. Larry's tile job was great but they walked out the door when they finished the last tile and left me to deal with all the clean up.

Communications regarding scheduling and worker supervision can be improved. We requested cutting and mixing be done on the grass. A new side walk now has grout powder and grout splashes, as does our walls. Drinking cups were set on wood furniture leaving grout powder / water stains. A toilet mounting ring was broken and replaced. Significant leakage required a followup plumber's services. They were in a bit of a rush.

Larry was the quickest to respond for an estimate. His price was very reasonable compared to others and his customer service was excellent. I originally only wanted to get a bathtub tile surround done but also asked him to do the backsplash in the kitchen at the same time. He did the work he promised for the price that was quoted. The job turned out to look very nice. The area around where his truck was could have been cleaned up better but I didn’t notice it until later that day. Overall, I would recommend calling Larry up for a quote because he is an honest businessman who does good work at a reasonable price.

Larry was very responsive. He made the appointment right away to give an estimate for the job. He had enough tile in his warehouse to do our job at a very good price. He showed up and completed the job as promised. We are very pleased with his work.

Requested an estimate Sunday evening....Larry came by the next day and gave us a very fair estimate. Cody and Alex arrived on time, and did an absolutely wonderful job on our kitchen back splash. We could not be more pleased with the quality, the value, and the appearance. Very pleased, and would recommend them without hesitation!!!

Mr. Srock' estimate was less than half the price of the next highest bidder. Mr. Srock met or exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him. In fact, I have hired him to do additional work.

They are very friendly and easy to get in contact with. The price is worth the work and I am even in the process of hiring them for an even bigger job.

Overall did a great job. Only thing was some lack of attention to detail and the amount of clean up afterwards, but they own any of their mistakes they might make and it worked out in my favor anyway. At the end of it all they stayed with it until the job was done to my satisfaction. Would recommend and hire again.
