Beware this place is EXPENSIVE and not great customer service. They did however fix our leak. This morning we called them to come out and fix a hose bib that was leaking from an exterior wall. The hose bib was replaced as well as the copper pipe that connects to the hose bib that was leaking. The total charged was over 800 bucks however he gave us a discount on diagnostic fee and 5% military discount. We still had to pay $772.00. When I called and spoke with the plumber he explained that the diagnostic was usually $280 however he only charged $140 and that was for cutting a hole in the drywall. The rest was labor and parts. Based on the invoice they charged us twice for labor and parts. They were here a little over an hour.

Didn't do the camera. David solved the problem and was excellent.

I am very impressed with this company!! Excellent customer service!! They went above and beyond to help me out with installing the water heater because I mentioned to them that I lost my job to COVD-19!! I would highly recommend this company!!!!

Larry charges a fair price. Others try to overcharge, hoping you will take it because you have no hot water. The only problem was that he had to come back because unit he installed wasnâ t working properly. Works great now.

Professional staff. Honest and advised me as if it were their home. Quality workmanship.

The problem I had with the tankless water heater was unusual and hard to diagnose. They were diligent and finally discovered the issue and corrected it. In addition, there was a water pressure issue that they couldn t find , so they didn t charge me for one hour. Very courteous and prompt.

Excellent experience. Very professional, laid down tarps on carpet. Completely drained old water heater before removing. Estimate was accurate with final bill. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, quick, and made it easy for me!

I had 2 problems for them to repair. The first was to repair a leaking faucet in bathroom. The replaced the washer in faucet but I had to call someone else to come and actually fix the leak. They say that my water heater was out of code and they did a thorough job in fixing and washing it out.

Cant' say enough about the owner and his company. Excellent work, great customer service.

Expensive pro two foucet two hours and 370 dollars

Company had an earlier opening than initially discussed and called me in advance to verify if that was OK (really appreciated that!). I was already aware what was necessary for the fix (just a new washer) when he came so I knew I didn't need to spend an additional $30 for a hose bibb when it was proposed.

Great response time, professional and experienced. I plan to use this company for my future plumbing needs.

Larry did his work quickly even though I thought it would take much longer. When I was younger I used to do work similer to this and I was impressed when they had finished. I have another job for him but it will take some time for me to save up for it. I have no hesitation using Mr. Stinson again.
