Larry has painted my house and my deck and porches. His pricing is great, He is friendly and efficient. The finished product always looks beautiful. I would recommend him to everyone.

In June, 2021, I gave Larry the business to paint nearly 3,000 square feet of my house, along with my gazebo in the backyard. The so-sos: * With business being as good as it was in the summer of 2021, Larry had to postpone his start to October. Not exactly the best timing, as we had other work slated for that month. In the end we made it work. * When he began work, Larry asked that we push the gazebo work until Spring, when the weather would be warmer. The positives: * Larry was always kind and considerate. * When the walls in my front room and dining room began bubbling, Larry committed to repainting and resolving the issue. While we never did confirm the root of the issue, Larry went above and beyond by sanding the bubbles down and repainting the areas. * This also extended to a series of bubbling on the ceiling of the dining room, which he and I agreed likely had nothing to do with his work, yet he repainted the spots, no extra charge. The negatives: * The bathrooms were painted in a flat finish, even though we agreed they would be in semi-gloss. His helpers repainted the bathrooms in the semi-gloss when I pointed out the mistake. Had I not noticed.... * Missed spots and thin spots called to the helpers; attention were neglected until I sent Larry touch up requests/photos a week or so after the work was complete. These included a ceiling hook (for hanging plants) that was not removed, an obvious bare spot around a ceiling fan, and wall cracks that were not spackled before being painted. While those were taken care of, along with some thin spots in other places, there remains some slight but noticeable thin spots in a bathroom because I was fed up with the back and forth. * The cover to our doorbell chime mysteriously went missing. * I recently reached out to Larry asking when he would get to the gazebo, and he reneged, saying he was traveling and too busy with other work. All-in-all, I gave Larrys Courtesy Painting a 2-star rating of Could have been better. I believe if it was Larry alone that was doing the job, it might have been done much better.

Very courteous and professional, they delivered what they promised. I was very satisfied with their work . Larry and his team painted our basement, they were on time and flexible. I will highly recommend them to my family and fiends

Larry and his crew were meticulous. I love the final product! They did my living room, dining room and foyer. I highly recommend their work.

Very professional and nice. Good communication throughout the project. Made sure to fix all gouges, nail pops, etc. prior to painting. Great painting job.

Larry was great. He pays attention to your needs and then explains how he can help. He does not just paint, he repairs if necessary so that the painting will look great. He is also a super nice guy. He was on time, cleaned up everything very nicely and finished in a timely manner. His prices were very fair.
