Quality work, failed to follow up on minor defects.

Our project was a full siding and window replacement. I selected Dave's company because several years earlier he had done my neighbors home and he came highly recommended. Our start date was delayed about 30 days due to COVID/supplier issues which made me very nervous. Dave reassured me that all was fine. Once the project started it only took 9 work days to complete our big project. I was sorry to see the work come to an end as we made several great new friends that we will likely never see again, although they did joke about showing up for Thanksgiving turkey dinner. The crew in total was simply terrific and the work ethic was impeccable. They deserve the highest possible recommendation.

Larsons just finished replacing our wood exterior trim with LP siding and did an amazing job. They are very professional and cleaned up our yard very well. We recommend them and will use their services again if needed.

Great customer service. We did not open the windows corrctly to clean them so they would not stay up any longer. Dave came out and fixed our mistake and did not charge us. Just a great company to work with. I highly recommend them for any project.

I had a hard time finding a contractor to install aluminum trim around my garage door, garage service door and front door. No one was interested in doing a small job. Larson’s was willing to do it and sent me a reasonable quote. They did a great job. I will keep them in mind for larger jobs and recommend to others.

Quality workmanship, Dave was very pleasant and polite. Job completed in a short amount of time. Area was clean, all scrap materials were taken away. Very pleased with the whole process.

Outstanding!!!! From the time I contacted Larson's Building Services to the completion of the work, my wife and I have been extremely happy. Dave Larson showed up on time to do the estimate. He came back to explain some things that we had questions on. He came out to the job site a couple of days before the job started to make sure material was on the job site. His crew did an outstanding job on the vinyl, shake and aluminum trim placed around the windows, doors and on the soffit and Fascia. At the end of each day the job site was cleaned up. The stone work that Dave and his son did is just beautiful. The job completed on time. Bottom line, look no further the Larson's Building Service if you need siding work done. They are very customer focused and do outstanding work.

These guys did an awesome job on our house. They showed up for work on time, kept us informed through the whole process and did what they said they would do. The siding, fascia & soffits all look great and we could not ask for a better job. I would highly recommend this firm . Before hiring we got estimates from several firms and then I read the reviews on HomeAdvisor and chose Larson's because of their high reviews by others. We are another extremely satisfied customer to add to the HomeAdvisor list.

My husband and I interviewed a couple of other contractors and Larson's Midwest was not the least expensive but we were impressed by Dave's professionalism and his ideas. I was also very impressed to see how highly ranked his company was with the manufacturer of the LP Smartside product. The team started on time and finished on time! The work was exceptional and they kept the job site tidied up every day. Our home looks better than the day it was built! We have gotten so many compliments from friends, neighbors and even the UPS Man! I would highlight recommend Dave and Larson's Midwest!

Larson installed composite wood siding (LP SMARTSIDE), fascia and soffits. And did some beautiful stone work on one wall. My house looks better than new! Excellent quality of workmanship. Hard working crew, kept the site looking good throughout the project, and cleaned up everything perfectly when they were done. The cost was very reasonable. These guys are first class.

After meeting Dave Larson and three other building contractors, Dave was the most professional he answered all of our questions and put us at ease with our Greendale original home. (For those of you not familiar with a Greendale original home it is built of cinderblock and not easy to work on). We wanted all but 2 windows replaced, added insulation and LP siding. A week before our start date we needed one of the 2 windows replaced. I called Dave and he came to measure and order the window the next day. From start to finish the crew was very professional, we couldn't be happier

Very Disappointed! They did not stand behind their work when it failed. Three independent reviews all assessed the work as inadequate and poor materials. For the work they did correctly, they are fine. When they failed, they would not step up and the correction of their failures cost me over $3,500 to fix.

They showed uop on time finished when promised and cleaned up after work.

The job was completed quickly. The workers were very professional and friendly. The area was completely cleaned when the job was completed. Everything looks qreat and I love it. I would highly recommend this company.

Dave/Rick/Pat are people worked on our siding and they did a great job for us. My relatives and neighbor were really like the look and complement on our new vertical vinyl siding. Larson's Midwest Building Service was initially my 2nd choice but I was glad that I chose them for the job because they really took the time to get the job done right. I'm highly recommend them for your new siding projects.
