Loved coming home to a clean space. Iâ ve got a 5 month old baby and tidying up has not been my priority as of late. We hired the ladies for a deep cleaning and they delivered! I was hesitant about hiring someone to come in our home especially now a days with the pandemic but I immediately felt comfortable upon meeting with Dixie for a quote. Jenny, her sister and head of the team, listened to instruction on specific cleaning products we wanted used. They all wore masks during the entire service, weâ re friendly and polite. Above all they took their time to clean our home, it didnâ t feel rushed but definitely efficient. I look forward to next months cleaning. If you are a new mama, spoil yourself a little and let these wonderful ladies take care of your home. Gracias!

If you are looking for a "maid" service, keep looking. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a housekeeping company that takes genuine delight in making EVERY nook and cranny in your home sparkle, then this is the company for you. I have had many homes in many countries in my lifetime and thus more than my share of excellent housekeepers. My last employee worked with me for over ten years and she was a pro. She recently moved at which time I began my quest for a new cleaning company. I interviewed four of the highest rated companies in Jacksonville. Hands down, Ms. Dixie Johnson and her team at Las Catrachas rose to the top of my list. She definitely understood my expectations, asked many questions, answered more, (yes, I have a tendency to be somewhat OC) and explained exactly what her game plan would be. What she failed to express was that, though I asked for quite a bit, she and her team, without hesitation, pulled double duty! They even went so far as to clean a few windows both inside and out that were not quite as pristine as they demanded. Ms. Johnson's team are, unequivocally, the kindest, loveliest, most delightful, hardest working women I have had the opportunity to work with. Though I thought my home was spotless they found dirt in places that I didn't know existed. For example, they cleaned my massive ceiling fan in the pool area, along with washing all the furniture and vacuuming all the cushions there. Las Catrachas will be working with me bimonthly hopefully for a very long time. I cannot amply express my gratitude to this fabulous company for their outstanding customer service, their ridiculously high standards, their cheerful attitude and their all around hard, hard work. Because of their impeccable attention to detail, my house looks like it is in high definition! The final outcome is that my home has never been cleaner. After years, many many years of experience with housekeeping services, I was sure my house, heck all of my homes were immaculate. My standards are ridiculously high. The housekeeper i employed for the last ten years recently relocated and my quest began to find the next best service. I interviewed four services recommended by HomeAdvisor (yes, I am OC), Dixie Johnson and her staff stood head and shoulders above the others. They are by far the most precise, hard working team of ladies I have ever had the pleasure to work with. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. The cleaning women get right to work and seem to have quickly devised a organized plan of action to get the job done efficiently and thoroughly. And I regularly find they have cleaned something I had not expected. They are very pleasant and cooperative. Dixie, the owner is very friendly and professional and always available. The service costs a bit more than I would like to pay, but is comparable to what I found while searching for cleaning services. I am much more satisfied with this company than any cleaners I have used in 20 years.

They are very nice, reliable in what they offer, and punctual. So far, so good!

I love the fact that she met me at my home and provided me with an expectation of cost. They work efficiently and thoroughly from the moment they arrive until they leave. I consider myself to have high standards, but I appreciate the fact that Dixie and her team s standards are even higher. Dixie was very pleasant to work with. She had to reschedule several times because the repair to our water damaged kitchen took longer to complete than planned. There was a lot of construction related dust in our home. The ladies who came to clean did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were pleasant, willing to do any job, made good suggestions, worked tirelessly, and carefully cleaned any objects that were fragile. We can highly recommend this cleaning service.

Dixie was very easy to work with setting up the appointment. Carol and Noemi did an incredible job cleaning my house, every little nook and cranny. Itâ s ready to go on the market now. They were also so sweet to my dog. Price was very fair.

This company is really great. I hired them to do a onetime deep cleaning but after I saw they quality of work they did I want to hire them in a regular basis. You will not be disappointed with the care and quality of work they perform.
