I truly donâ t have enough space to share my appreciation of SafeNest and the effect it they had on our lives. I am still quite ill from the mold in our home. We had a simple drain issue that flooded a couple rooms. Nothing deep or crazy. I started having un explained symptoms that wouldnâ t go away. We had just spent tons of money on renovations and I had had the house tested by another company prior. To be we had 2 other companies test us prior to SafeNest. All showed some mold but at normal levels. When my symptoms wouldnâ t go away, we were refered by my Doctor to Max and Gabe. Wow!! What a difference in every aspect. The knowledge, patients and all around kindness was off the charts. Every time they have tested it never ceases to amaze me how thorough they are. We ended up having it remediated by someone in CDA and that was a nightmare to deal with. It took 5 months of stress and honestly if we didnâ t have SafeNest to rely on for numerous phone calls ( sorry Max;) I donâ t know that we wouldnâ t still be living with mold. At one point we had it tested before the walls went back up, Gabe walked in and said â I donâ t even need to test it I can see and smell the mold still.â I wish we had gone with the company they recommended to remediate, mostly because they have a standing relationship with them and have dealt with them on fixing issues. I wish I could give them a higher score than 5 stars. I will always be grateful for their excellence and professionalism. Also, their patience with our situation and generosity of heart towards the whole five months. Weâ ll be getting our house tested every year and thereâ s no one else Iâ ll be using!

They did testing both inside and outside the house concentrating mostly on the kitchen area since that was where we suspected mold from water damage. Test results showed no mold or any other dangerous substances were present!

The cost of mold testing seems excessive considering one can buy a mold test kit at Home Depot for a fraction of the cost of a pro. Wish I had known sooner.

The inspector was on time. He did what was necessary to find out what my mold spore count was and he got the results back to me in a timely manner, even though it was during the Christmas holidays. I was very happy with the results.
