"Thank you Laura for your comments. We're glad you had such a great experience with our company. Our business philosophy is that every client should have a positively memorable experience, and receive the information they need in a timely manner. We would enjoy working with you again if you should ever need an additional environmental inspection. Thanks again. Max Hall"
"Thank you for your thoughts, Robert. I appreciate that we all look to save wherever we can. Nobody wants to spend money needlessly. However, the test kits sold at hardware stores fall far short of professional inspections and testing. They cannot be relied on for accuracy. Additionally, since this was a real estate transaction a professional inspection with a laboratory analysis report was necessary. The DIY kits from the hardware store are unacceptable documentation with this type of transaction. I hope the sale of your property went smoothly. We appreciate your business. Max Hall"
